The Part 153

The next day Irene permits Cindy not to go to work.

"Why else, Ren?" Ask Cindy over the phone.

"I can't explain it on the phone. From today I'm on leave for a while."

"Well, you owe me an explanation. Today I'm going to the store" Cindy broke up.

"What's the matter, baby?" Devon asked his wife.

"Irene's permission isn't in today. I'm going to the store, can you?" ask Cindy to ask her husband for permission.

"Alright, just leave the kids to the nanny. But don't be long darling, remember baby Daisy needs your ASI" Devon warns his wife.

"Yes, I know."

Then Cindy got ready to go to her bakery. "Can I use my own car?" Cindy asked her husband for permission.

"May as long as you carefully remember you have not used a car for a long time."

"Yes Mas. Don't worry."

Cindy pulled the car out of the garage. Devon had left for work first. Cindy followed after saying goodbye to her baby. While Ruby and Cello had left before seven.

Cindy arrived at the store half an hour later. "Mom Cindy Tumben coming to the store?" Say hello to one of Cindy's officers.

"From today Irene asked for a leave of absence, I don't know why. Today I will visit for a while after that you replace the cashier yes," Cindy ordered her employees.

Then after checking the readiness of the store, Cindy went to Irene's house. He did not know what reason Irene did not enter because she did not mention the reason.

Tong

Cindy pressed Irene's doorbell. Irene opened the door for guests who came to her house. She was shocked to see Cindy at the door. Cindy was no less surprised when she saw Irene holding a baby.

"Whose son is Ren?" Cindy asked as she pointed at the sleeping baby boy in Irene's arms.

"Let's go in. I'll explain later." Cindy came in and sat in the living room.

"You alone at home?" Cindy asked who was observing Irene's house looked lonely.

"Mama's shopping for Kevin's needs."

"Kevin? So this kid you named Kevin? I don't understand anymore." Cindy was really confused.

"That night Tommy brought this boy home. This kid left his parents in my husband's car." Irene. Cindy felt like she was in a novel.

"Well, your story is very interesting. I usually just watch on television the parents who dumped the baby. Now I'm watching firsthand the baby her mother threw away."

"Maybe this is the solution to my problem. I didn't have any children and God sent me a child even though I didn't like it."

"Nobody knows God's plan. Then are you planning on adopting it?" Ask Cindy further.

"cannot yet. If the child's parents are found by the police, of course I have to return them to their parents." There was a sense of disappointment implied on Irene's face. Unwillingness if the child returns to the person who has thrown it away.

"Hissh where can that be. Hasn't this baby been dumped why he was asked to come back?" Grumpy Cindy. She was happy to see Irene happy. He understood Irene's feelings. Cindy could observe Irene's happy-looking face.

"What's wrong, we'll just wait how next. May God not give me false hope. I'd love to take care of Kevin." Irene kissed the cheek of the baby boy.

"Yes I have to go home. Maybe I'll find your replacement for a while to take care of the store." Cindy wakes up and she intends to go home.

Cindy smiled. "It's okay. Enjoy the time of motherhood even if it lasts only a while. I hope Kevin's a match with you so you can be together until he grows up."

Then Cindy came home. He has to go back to his house. Then he asked Bayu for help to find employees who can take care of his bakery.

"Sir, please yes I desperately need additional employees who are able to manage the current store finances. Irene resigned for reasons I can't name." Cindy talked to Bayu over the phone.

"Well, I'll work on it as soon as possible" replied Bayu.

"All right, thank you very much. Sorry I'm troubling you a lot." To be honest Cindy feels bad for Bayu because it adds to her duties.

"What's Bay?" Ask Devon.

"Your wife asked me for help finding a new employee sir. He said Irene resigned but your wife didn't mention why." Devonian. Frowning when he heard the report from Bayu.

"Well you better do my wife's orders. I'll give you a bonus if your work is satisfactory."

"Good sir. I'll work as soon as possible."

Do not buy time, after he finished his job Bayu put job advertisements on paid social media so that many see the job advertisements.

Then Bayu told Cindy. "Sorry Mom, I'm disturbing. I have placed job advertisements on social media. And I put your number on it so you can select them directly."

"good. No problem for me. Thank you very much Mr. Bayu."

"It has become my duty to do my boss's orders" Bayu replied.

At eighteen Bayu arrived at his house. "Mas, just arrived?" Irma grabbed her husband's hand and kissed him.

After that Irma took her husband's bag and put it in her room. Shortly afterwards Irma brought a cup of hot coffee to her husband.

"My special milk coffee is made" he said.

"thank you. Oh yeah today Miss Cindy asked me to find an employee who will replace Irene."

"Irene? Why did he stop?" Ask Irma.

Bayu shook his shoulder. "That's why Miss Cindy didn't tell me why Irene quit. Didn't he tell you?" Ask Bayu to his wife.

"No. I rarely communicate with Irene unless we need each other. Frankly I'm not very familiar with him."

"Didn't you ask her to take you to the doctor?" Tanya Bayu.

"Right but I asked her because there was no one else I could count on. You know Irene can't have children." Irma told her husband.

"What's? Why?"

"He had surgery to remove the uterus because of cancer."

"It was so hard for him. Irene was a good woman. I hope Tommy's family can take it." Bayu was concerned to hear the words of his wife.

"I hope so. She also told me about the reaction of her husband who had been hesitant about maintaining their marriage. Irene even tried to kill herself at the time. I was really surprised to hear Irene's story."

"Is it up to that? It seemed like he was going through such severe trouble that he decided to stop working." Bayu guessed the reason that Cindy did not mention.

"May he not suffer a bad fate."
