Chapter 185
Today Tania is having a big thanksgiving at her new home. He invited some people to come to his Thanksgiving. Tommy, his wife and son also come to Tania's new home thanksgiving event.
Today Alan was waiting for news from Tania because they had promised to meet to hand over the money for the sale of the house.
"Why didn't he call me till this hour?" Alan muttered. Then he tried to contact Tania first. However, there was no response at all.
"Did he cancel the sale and purchase agreement? Did I bid too cheap? But he agreed yesterday. Why is there no news today?" Alan seemed worried that Tania would never contact him.
While waiting for news from Tania Alan returned to tidy up his belongings. He started packing all the stuff.
"Do I need help?" Ask Alan's neighbor who is standing in the doorway at this time.
Smiling tools. "No, sit down!"
"Why did you move?" Ask friend.
"I've got a new place to live. Yes, not a new house, but I just want to have a permanent residence" he said.
"Yes too, we don't always live in a boarding house like this. Your good savings are enough to buy a house. I work from year to year but savings do not add up," grumbled his friend.
"Yes patient you need to work hard again so you can quickly buy your own home?"
"Where's the address? Don't forget me later if you've moved into your new home" Alan's neighbor told him.
Tania is still busy taking care of her messy home after having a thanksgiving at her new residence. When he checks his phone. There was a call from Alan twice that went unanswered.
"Geez, I forgot. I call him or not? But tomorrow it would be impolite to call him at this hour. She must have been sleeping" Tania murmured.
"Why Tan?" Ask the mother.
"This is Mom, I forgot to call the guy who's going to buy our house"
"How many did you sell it?" Ask the curious mother.
"85 million," replied Tania.
"Why is it so cheap?" His protest.
"It's okay Ma'am again came home we've put an ad a long time ago but only now someone is buying. Thank goodness the house was sold so I took off even though the price was relatively cheap."
"Aren't you going to regret taking off your father's house at such a low price?"
"Already Mom, even though father is no longer there but memories with him during life we still keep in the memory of our brains, so do not have to bother with home problems anymore. Now we can buy a house that is this good. What less to be grateful for?" Tania hugged her mother to be calmer.
"You're right."
"After this you just need to find a companion in life, son," the inner mother who does not want to hurt her child's feelings.
Tania is a childless widow because after 5 years of marriage to her husband they are not blessed with children. Tania's mother-in-law asked her son to marry another woman. Of course Tania wouldn't accept if she was pitted. Tania decides to split up with her husband. What she regretted was that her husband did not defend himself at all. Her ex-husband supports her divorce.

"Hopefully this is a good start" Alan hoped as he imagined Tania's beautiful face.
Since first meeting at the minimarket Alan kept thinking of the world even Irene's shadow almost no longer existed.

"Oh yes when I want to take some of the money, the bank advised me to directly transfer through mobile banking. Do you mind?" Alan asked the woman who was still wearing the work suit.
"I think it's better, I think so too but I don't know yesterday I didn't focus so I forgot to tell you about m-banking payments."
"Well, I'll transfer the money to your account. Can you show me what your account number is?" Alan Pinta.
Tania pulled out her phone and showed me her account number. Alan started processing payments through mobile banking.
"Try to check if it's in?" Tania nodded in response to Alan's question.
Tania then handed over the home certificate to Alan. "If you need help changing the name of the new homeowner, you can contact me" Tania offered help.
"Is there a notary?" Alan asked who was curious about the work done by the woman he was appraising.
"No, I'm a secretary but I know a notary who can take care of such letters quickly."
"All right then please tell him I want to change the name of the owner of this house to my name."
"All right, I'll tell you later. The rest will be taken care of by the notary. You can contact him directly," replied Tania.
Tania is a competent woman. When he talks to other people he always acts as if talking to a client so he looks charismatic in the eyes of others. Alan was fascinated by the skill of the world was to speak.
"If there's nothing more to say I'll go home." Tania said ending their meeting.
"Would we meet next time?" Ask Alan.

"Oh yeah where does it work?"
"I work at Cindy bakery as the head of the store."
"Oh so there's Bu Cindy's men, Devon's wife huh?"
Alan nodded. "Do you know him?"
"Of course it's because my boss is also working with Mr. Devon."
