Anwar came early in the morning he forgot to ask the opening hours of the motorcycle laundry. Moreover, he did not go to school so from earlier he waited outside the laundry of the motorbike and car. While waiting he saw people passing by on the highway.
When he saw the PP satpol he covered his face and hid. Don't let him get caught by satpol PP. Anwar hid behind his jacket.
At eight o'clock the owner of the motorcycle laundry and other employees just arrived. "Who have you come?" Ask the owner of the motorcycle.
"I didn't go to school today because I was suspended for two days" he admitted. The other officer who heard it laughed at Anwar.
"Well, from tomorrow you come at eight" Anwar nodded.
He changed his uniform. Then there was the first customer who came. "Anwar you wash that car. The soap and rags are there" said another official who ordered Anwar. Anwar also said.
Then Anwar took soap and a rag to wash the car. That car belongs to Devon. Devon watches the boy who was going to wash his car. "You work here?" Devon asked who was surprised when he saw a child his age working when his age was in school.
"Yes, sir," Anwar replied.
"Who's your name?" Devon asked curiously.
"Anwar, sir."
"That name is familiar but hear where?" Inner Devon.
"I want to wash it off, sir." Devon nodded. He looked at Anwar. Then she recalled the time Cello mentioned the name of a friend he helped a few days ago.
"Is he a friend of the cello? But why doesn't he go to school" Devon murmured.
"It's over, sir" Anwar told Devon.
"This is a tip for you" Devon gave a hundred thousand for Anwar.
"Thank you sir." Anwar refused because he needed money.
"I love your work, next time I'll wash the car here again." Anwar was happy to hear the praise of an adult man who was none other than his friend's father.
After Devon leaves, Anwar's friend who is a washing employee there wants to seize the money tips given Devon.
"For the money." The man took Anwar's money.
"Restore Bang. I beg you."
"Good yeah, the new kid can instantly tips we've never."
"That's because my work satisfies the bang. Please give back the bang I need money."
"Just son,"
"Heh what is this fuss, get back to work." They disbanded while Anwar looked sad because they did not return Devon's money
Anwar works all day at four in the afternoon he just came home. His stomach felt very hungry because he did not have the money to buy food. After that when returning to the house Anwar immediately took rice from magiccom.
"What the hell have you been doing lately going home late afternoon."
"Let's tell the story, my stomach is hungry. Tomorrow I bring provisions from the house, ma'am, don't go hungry anymore." His mother shook her head.
Anwar's body felt very sore as if he had been beaten. "Oh Allah, it feels like just working a day I'm barely strong especially if I work a month. May I be strong until I get enough money to pay off Cello's debt." Anwar encouraged himself.
The next day Anwar left early in the morning. "This is ready for you, the drinking water too" said his mother.
"Thank you very much, ma'am." Anwar put his stuff in a bag.
"I'm leaving first, Mom." Anwar grabbed the mother's hand for a kiss. "Please pray your son is ma'am to be able to work all day without complaining" he prayed in his heart.
Anwar arrived at his place of work. As usual, he was there waiting alone.
"Sir boss,"
"I deliberately came in the morning because I was sure you would wait like yesterday."
"Let's open early today, I'll give you more money for overtime."
"Okay, boss sir." Anwar was excited.
"Oh yeah, tomorrow I start school again can I work after school?" Anwar asked for permission.
"Yes, but on Sundays you have to work as usual. There's no holiday in the laundry of this bike if you don't come in. You have to tell me. Take my number."
"I don't have a cell phone." Anwar.
"Yes have collected a lot of money so you can buy a mobile phone."
"No sir, I want to collect money to pay off my mother's debts."
The owner of the laundry was moved by Anwar's confession. "Yes, he started working. Oh yeah every morning make me coffee with a tablespoon of sugar."
"Good boss."
The boss of the laundry owner observed Anwar's work. Among other employees Anwar is the most diligent.
"Well he's the boss' favorite son" murmured Anwar's co-worker talking about it in the back.
"Yes you're right. It's not fair, is it? Cook him half a day's work" said the other.
From the beginning they did not like Anwar. Then after work they prank Anwar by smearing his bicycle tire.
"Why men?" Anwar's co-worker asked with a mocking laugh.
Anwar did not respond to their talk. Although a bit far away but he pushed his bike as hard as he could. Lucky today he brought provisions so that he did not starve like yesterday.
It was unexpected that Cello saw Anwar pushing his bike. He then told his driver to stop. "Anwar your bike why?" Cello asked as he scanned Anwar's appearance.
"They deflated."
"Well, how come you still wear school uniforms, you're from it?"
"I'm.me" Anwar was confused as to what to answer.
"Do you want me to be with you?" Anwar shook his head.
"No, you just got in your car. I had other business after patching the tires," he lied he didn't want to trouble Cello anymore.
"Well, if you need help, let me know,"
"Kabari wear what, cell phones only do not have," Anwar grumbled while looking at the departure of Cello.
Anwar finally found a bike repair shop. "Sorry we're closed, tomorrow morning."
"Yagh just for a second, sir, please."
"Can't my son wait at home."
He pushed his bike home. His days are hard lived. There were always trials that he faced every day.
"Son, how come you come home so late?" Ask Pure to her son.
"My bike's deflated ma'am, there's no tire patcher open so I'm walking home."
"You can leave that bike at school."
"I think there's a workshop that's open turned out to be closed I went home to the afternoon."
"What extracurricular activities do you follow on a daily schedule?" Anwar nodded. He constantly lied to his mother. He feels guilty about lying to his mother but if his mother finds out he's working on his mother is sad.
