The Part 146
"I gotta go, hotel fire." Bayu's words made Irma shocked.
"How can you?" Ask Irma curious.
"So, I don't know the cause yet. I'll go first, baby, you're fine at home." Bayu kissed his wife's forehead briefly before leaving.
Car driving at high speed. Arriving at the scene, Bayu pulled the car around a safe area.
"Sir, I'm sorry I came late" he said with regret in front of Devon.
Devon looks frustrated to see his hotel on fire. The fire spread so quickly that the office area burned down.
"May take care of the insurance claim immediately!" Devon's orders to his personal assistant. After that he left the location.
"Good, sir."
After seeing the car that Devon was driving left the location, Bayu asked the police who were there.
"Has the cause of the fire been found?" Ask Bayu.
"While this is not, sir. We wait until the fire goes out later we will find the cause of the fire" replied the police.
"All right, let me know as soon as possible." Pinta Bayu to the police.
By dawn the fire was extinguished. Bayu is still at the scene. He's been watching the fire all night.

Bayu opened an instant coffee can that he bought at the nearest minimarket. "I'm so sleepy" he lamented. The power's almost gone. Then he decided to get in the car and take a nap.

Someone knocked on Bayu's car glass. Bayu also woke up from his sleep. Then he opened his car door when he found out the person knocking was his boss.
"Have you come, sir?" Devon nodded in response to a question from Bayu.
Bayu scanned the appearance of his boss wearing a casual suit.
"Go home! I know you've been here all night" Devon gave Bayu a chance to rest.
"I'm fine, sir," said Bayu. He felt kasian to his superiors because the fire certainly caused no small loss.
"Go home! Don't you remember your wife is pregnant?" Devon reminds Bayu.
Bayu also according to the orders of his superiors. Devon was questioning the firefighters.
"How many victims were there from last night?" Ask Devon."
"Five people were lightly injured and one person was seriously injured, sir," he said.
"Okay, thank you." Devon then headed to the hospital where the victims were being treated. Devon met them one by one. Then he also looked at one of the people who suffered severe injuries.
"How's it going, Doc?" Devon asked the doctor who had just come out of the room.
"He had a serious injury, part of his back was burned." Devon was sorry to hear the doctor.
The man promised to cover all the costs of treatment for all the victims of the fire. After that he went home. While office activities are off until an indefinite time considering their office building burned down along with other documents.
"Your mom's back?" Ask CIndy to her husband. Devon looks uninspired after the disaster.
Cindy looked at her husband concerned. "Mas, what can I do for you?" Devon shook his head.
"You pray enough for me that no other problems arise after the fire" he said, rubbing his wife's cheek gently.
"I always wish my husband and the rest of my family the best" Cindy replied.
"By the way, where's baby Daisy?" Devon asked who didn't see the baby in Cindy's arms.
"He was asleep. Do you want to eat something?" Ask Cindy who is ready to cook for her husband.
"Any cook you cook for sure I'll eat."
"Alright, Mas can accompany baby Daisy first I will go to the kitchen cooking something special for you," he said not to forget the smile.

Darren hears the news of a fire that hit his sister's hotel. "Bagas, help your sister investigate this case, I'm not sure it was an accident. There's no one who doesn't like Devon." Darren's orders to his personal assistant.
"Good, sir." Bagas nodded obediently. Then he ordered his subordinates to investigate the place.
On another day, Bayu took care of the insurance claim of the burning building. "Sorry, Sir. Our insurance claim is rejected because the cause of the fire is human negligence not purely an accident. So you can't receive insurance funds from us."
"What makes you believe this is a human error?" Ask Bayu further on the insurance.
"Our staff have found out to the police that there are cans of alcoholic beverages there."
"Then what does this have to do with? It could have belonged to one of the hotel's visitors" elak Bayu.
"No, Sir. The can was found at the scene aka your office that burned. Of course it is not uncommon for employees to store alcoholic beverages while working.then we asked one by one the victims. And one of the victims admitted that he accidentally nudged a candle during a temporary blackout. Most likely the candle hit the alcohol until the fire grew." The insurance officer at length.
Bayu immediately confirmed the report to the intended victim. He found Angga. The gogga was conscious after getting treatment. Now he is in a prone position because he has burns on his back.
"Angga," call Bayu.
"Sir." Angga was about to wake up but Bayu forbade him.
"You shut up, your wound is still not healed. I'm just here to confirm what the insurance says that you caused the fire? Is true?"
Angga tried to get up but his back really hurt. Bayu so not be. "I'm sorry, sir. I accidentally nudged the candle when the lights suddenly went out. I was overtime."
"Veasy? Who told you to?" Ask Bayu. Where could they have sent interns overtime. Because there is no policy that regulates the overtime pay of interns.
"My boss, sir," Angga answered honestly. Bayu clenched his hand. He immediately left the room and searched for the person Angga meant. Bayu reports to Devon.
"Sir, according to Angga's description, he was the cause of the fire but he was not accidentally because he was overtime when the electricity was out."
"Isn't he an intern? Who told the interns to overtime?" Furious Devon. "Bring here Angga's boss!" His orders to Bayu. Bayu also according to then he resigned and met Seno who was the superior of Angga.

The sound of a bell in Seno's house rang so that it made him walk to immediately open the door. "Sir Bayu?" Seno was shocked by Bayu's arrival.
"Sir, I have not completed the task from Mr. Devon, what file will you take now?" Seno asked nervously.
"No, I'm here on any other business." Bayu's words made Seno shudder in horror.
