The Part 140

Tommy wakes up and goes into the bathroom to clean himself up. After taking a shower and changing clothes he gave Anita some money.

"What'sthis? I don't need your money," she refused.

"Say! How much money do you want to make you forget what happened tonight?"

Anita smiled grinning. "I don't need your money. What if I'm pregnant with your child? Don't you want to be responsible?"

"Hemfh don't dream, I'm married."

"Don't you say your wife won't be able to have any more children because of the uterus removal surgery she's been undergoing?"

Tommy could not answer anything. "Is it true that I have spoken like that in front of this woman?" Inner Tommy.

It didn't take long for the car to enter the parking lot. Before getting out of the car Tommy reflected in his rearview mirror. After that he walked towards Irene's room.

At the same time, the doctor had just walked out of Irene's room. "Wait, Doc. How's my wife doing? Is the operation going well?"

Before answering Tommy's question, the doctor scans Tommy's appearance. "Where are you going? The operation went well, we'll wait until he's awake."

Afterwards, Tommy goes in to see Irene. His wife is still unconscious.

Shortly thereafter, the phone rang. He saw the call coming to his phone. "From mama" murmured Tommy. He thought for a moment to find the right reason to trick his mother.

"Where are you? Why didn't you come home last night but didn't say anything? Mama's worried about you and Irene." Ask your mom over the phone.

"I drove Irene to her hometown, Ma. His father was suddenly sick so we left without saying goodbye last night. Tommy's sorry, Ma."

The noise made Tommy wake up. "Why did you fall like this?" Tommy asked his wife.

"Why not just call me?"

"I've called you but you haven't heard" Irene replied.

"Don't move much you just had surgery" Tommy said.

"You have uterine cancer, so the doctor has to remove your uterus" Tommy replied with a heavy heart. But however his wife must know it is impossible forever he hides it.
