Nozomi can only watch in Horror when her boyfriend, the light of her life, turns into a monster, but deep down, though scared, she wants to help him. He sees, helplessly, how Tomoka went berserk and killed Danzo. He hated the man, but he even hated seeing Tomoka like this. He hated the feeling of fear running his body when he saw what his sun was like.
Paralyzed by fear, Nozomi could not control her bladder when the smell of ammonia struck her nose. He was afraid for his life. Is Tomoka going to kill him in this state? Can Tomoka come back? Doubt crept into his mind like a vile illness, a disease that accentuated his fear. Maybe it was all just a nightmare, maybe he would wake up and everything would go back to normal.
"It's not a dream, it's not a nightmare." Although she wanted to believe otherwise, Nozomi kept whispering those words to herself. He knew deep down that this was real and worse than all was the fact that Tomoka's suffering was also real. Nozomi saw how the monster started attacking. An environment of death and destruction that will end everything.
“No, he's not a monster. I just need to get it back!” Nozomi gathered every piece of courage she could. He didn't want to give up, not now, never, at least not at sunrise.
"Tomoka stop!" Nozomi could feel how her body was fighting him. He felt his throat trying to pinch, trying to drown his words. Nozomi was well aware of how her legs were shaking underneath. However, he will not give up.
Tomoka had stopped, she remained there, motionless, the only sign of life were the eyes that were now staring towards Nozomi. This was sufficient proof for the girl that her lover was still there somewhere. By the time Nozomi decides, he will get his Tomoka back or he will die trying because the world without him is not worth living in.
With great difficulty and against all his instincts Nozomi forced his body to walk towards Tomoka. Standing in front of him, he felt small, helpless, but his determination did not waver. He's going to save Tomoka, he's going to have to.
"I don't know what you're going through." Nozomi's throat tried to close once again. However, this time it happened because of the heartache he felt.
"So please, please let me bring some of that pain to you." Nozomi feels lost, but she wants to help with all her heart. While rummaging through his pocket, he took out a piece of paper. Holding it gently she showed it to Tomoka.
"Let that be my request." He could not help but smile sadly at Tomoka. He felt useless, yet here he tried his best to make things right. Perhaps everything would be in vain, but at least he should try. It was then, the moment of her determination, the moment of her love, when she was ready to let go of everything she had and would become the person she loved. At that moment his eyes changed.
His black eyes reddened as the three tomoe appearing around the pupils spun faster every second. After a while, the tomoe mixed to form what looked like a flower in Nozomi's eyes. With emotions overflowing from his heart, he placed his hand on the lower jaw of Tomoka's bone.
"Please." With it the ball of death and destruction that had floated half a meter above Nozomi melted away into nothingness. Tomoka closed her jaw and yes as a calming presence flowed through her. The smoldering hatred he felt disappeared as if it had never been anything.
As the two were silent, Tomoka's terrifying body began to shrink as his figure melted into black smoke that sipped numerous wounds all over his body. The red head felt tired yet safe as Nozomi continued to hug her face as the foreheads of the two touched.
"From now on, I'll do it." That was all Tomoka managed to say before she fainted.
