"Alright Tomoka, mama will teach you everything she knows about lightning discharge!" Shouted Himiko while acting like an excited little girl. She had been praying for her cute daughter to inherit her elemental transformation from day one. 

"Take a good look and learn my chakra so you can learn it" While saying that Himiko held Tomoka's hand before releasing a small electric spark from her open palm. 

Not wasting any time, Tomoka began to analyze everything she could about her mother's chakra. To be honest, this method is not the most efficient way of teaching. Only a person with above average chakra sensing can obtain any information from this.

Tomoka doesn't have high-level chakra sensing, not even average. By the way, the word average refers to a Jounin ninja. By the way, Tomoka shouldn't be able to learn from this, no normal person can. Luckily Tomoka was not normal. 

The little girl watched how sparks appeared and disappeared from her mother's open palm. As he did so, he began to analyze the bit of information he had obtained. The first thing he noticed was that electricity was slow moving. 

Don't misunderstand Tomoka, the spark is very fast. However, they are not as fast as they should be. Electricity moves at the speed of light, but this elementalist chakra does not. This led him to believe that this was not the electricity he knew. 

He started thinking about Elementalization. Although they resemble natural phenomena, they act differently. A fire made with jutsu can trigger a normal natural fire. However, a fire created with a jutsu will always disappear once the chakra that triggered it disappears. 

The same goes for other elements. This means that each element is a copy of the element of nature. Lightning release is not actual lightning but a copy of it. The same goes for the others. Taking this conclusion into consideration, Tomoka began to think about how this was achieved. 

To copy something, you need to make it resemble the original. Electricity is nothing more than the movement of electrons through a material due to an imbalance of charge. How do I replicate this through chakra? 

As he thought, he began to unconsciously experiment using his free hand. He attempted to create a charge imbalance using his chakra. It vibrates and moves as it begins to change. Little did he know this was not the normal way other Lightning users did it. 

Tomoka, on the other hand, understood electricity. He knows what it is and how it works. Therefore his understanding of lightning was very different from other shinobi. His lightning release was not just a replica of lightning through observation. This is for all electrical purposes and purposes. 

As he continued to think and theorize, his subconscious mind began to work to make his thoughts come true. The chakras become something similar to wire, highly conductive. Subsequently his chakra causes a charge imbalance between the two ends. The end result is a lightning-fast flow of electricity flowing through the chakra wires.

It was too soon for anyone to realize it other than Tomoka. He saw his hand. He felt it, a stream of electricity flowing from his thumb to his index finger. At that moment something appeared in his mind. He understands what he needs to do. However, he was not satisfied. 

Something within him told him that there was far more potential to tap into. However, he also felt that there was less. It seemed like he was standing in front of the door with the key in hand while the door had two different keyholes. 

Putting those thoughts aside, Tomoka concentrated on replicating what she had done before. Unlike regular lightning releases, Tomoka's version is more powerful but unstable. Faster and power contained greater but less control. He could easily weaken himself if he was not careful. 

Concentrate once again. He created a new chakra wire. Just like before he made an imbalance of charge and lightning sap flew through the wire. Analyzing the results, Tomoka smiled wryly. The chakra cable has been removed. 

Once again he repeated his actions, he made a new cable and a charge imbalance. Another rubber. This time he wanted to go further. Instead of one cable, he made two. However, something unexpected happened once he created a charge imbalance. 

The electrical discharge jumps the cable creating a lightning net for a fraction of a second. The wires seem to be too close to each other. The net was one millimeter wide, it was enough to frighten him. 

Tomoka was unaware of it at the moment, but her parents had focused on her. For someone to understand the elemental transformation in a matter of minutes was incredible. Once again the word magic and genius condensed in their minds.
