Tomoka's mind felt slow and sluggish. Usually when he wakes up it's like flipping a switch. Now, however, he felt his brain slowly activating neuron after neuron. The first thought that came to his mind was how hard his bed was followed by how gentle his pillow was. If he had to compare the two with something else then his bed felt like a concrete slab while his pillow felt like a gentle marshmallow.
As Tomoka tried to move so that she could feel at ease, the next sensation flowed into her mind. He felt pain all over his body and a rather sharp pain in some parts of his body. Unwilling to think too much about it, he simply attributed his body state to the rather intense training sessions he might have done a few days ago.
Something in Tomoka's mind told her that there were more situations at the moment, but she ignored them. At that time the only thing Tomoka could think of was enjoying the warmth of a cushioned pillow and going back to sleep, although the blanket would be nice.
Suddenly Tomoka was both satisfied and annoyed. He could feel something gently caressing his head. The caress itself felt heavenly, but Tomoka knew that the hand might belong to her mother who wanted to wake her up.
"Five more minutes" As soon as those words came out of Tomoka's lips in reflex, he heard a soft laugh coming from above him. The sound was akin to wind chimes dancing along the gentle spring breeze.
A little more awake now Tomoka realized that the hand that passed through her hair was a bit too small to belong to her mother, not to mention that her voice did not match either. The curious Tomoka wanted to open her eyes, yet she did not want to do so at the same time. His eyelids felt heavy as if they were made of lead. The war of indecision was followed by the victor soon after.
Slowly Tomoka opened his eyes to see a pair of Onix balls staring at him. Eyes that he could recognize anywhere looked at him with a mixture of emotions. Love, worry, care, devotion and many others. Tomoka's mind in a slowed state could not cope with all the emotions that those eyes showed her. Not to mention his own emotions that began to overflow like an unstoppable wave.
Before she knew what she was doing, Tomoka pushed herself up. A strand of black hair tickled his cheek as he approached his goal. Closing her eyes, Tomoka felt her lips gently touch Nozomi's lips. The sensation was new as if he had never kissed her before, yet it felt familiar and comfortable. For a moment, as if time had stopped, nothing moved.
Tomoka felt a mixture of despair and longing that burned her mind. The forest fire had lit up in his heart which left him confused. His heart ached in such a way that he did not know what to do. The fire grew to burn like the sun and then exploded as if the big bang that gave birth to the universe was coming from within itself.
It was annoying, feeling such strong emotions made Tomoka lose her mind. He felt a bit of fear because he felt all those emotions would destroy and kill him. Nothing worked inside Tomoka's head as she tried to think. He needed a way to deal with all those feelings.
Before Tomoka completely went crazy with all her depressed love hitting her, a way out came into her own. Nozomi moved a little slowly, sucking Tomoka's upper lip for a moment. As if an explosion had occurred within Tomoka's heart, she felt her love soar higher and at the same time she felt like there everything flowed into that one move.
Tomoka was afraid of the lack of control, but she decided to just let go. His instincts took the lead as their kiss deepened. From a holy kiss that starts with lip sucking to a full makeout session, Tomoka feels like she's going crazy because of all the love that's overflowing in her heart.
Like a starving beast, Tomoka kissed Nozomi with a hunger she had never felt before. He felt like he would go crazy if their kiss ended. Minutes passed until the flames that were burning in Tomoka's heart calmed down. Yet they simply refused to go out and lit up the light no matter what.
Opening her eyes, Tomoka once again looked into Nozomi's beautiful eyes. They had a slight tear in the corner as her cheeks flushed red. The drool strands still connected their lips stubbornly refusing to break. At that time Tomoka would not let his heart spill.
"I love you"
