Four years later pt1

A lot has happened over the last four years. Right, four years have passed since Tomoka's little joke. For starters, six days after her little prank she met Naruto in the park. Little Twerp had taken the decision and decided to trust Tomoka, albeit with some objections. 

With some time and getting to know Naruto a little better, Tomoka finally understood why his anime version was brain-dead. The first thing he noticed was that Naruto's intelligence at the time was normal. He is not smart with any account, but he is also not stupid. Actually Tomoka thought her intelligence was on the exact same level as her adult anime counterpart.   

It takes time and a lot of thinking. Theories were made one after another until he discovered the theories he thought were most likely. Naruto was not a fool from birth, he just never developed his brain and hence his mind properly. As a shunned child, he did not receive a proper education until he was eight years old. Not to mention that at the time it was a well-known "fact" that he was stupid. In reality many factors caused Naruto's mental growth to be stunted. 

Tomoka was actually quite surprised by the boy. Although his personality was still similar to his anime counterpart, his intelligence was not too bad. It was precisely because of the latter that Tomoka was shocked. If previous theories about excess were to impede mental growth while yin physical growth then Naruto would have been a genius if not for Yang Kurama.  

Thinking more deeply about this, Tomoka realized that there was no reason why Naruto had not become a genius. Both of his parents were very smart, one mastered fuinjutsu while the other developed a set of very powerful jutsu. 

Considering all this, Tomoka decided to help the poor boy. If he gets smarter, he'll get rid of one of his biggest headaches: dealing with the stupid Naruto and his stupidity. 

Like this he began to take time each week to teach him about various subjects. Of course, like the other kids Naruto doesn't like learning. Tomoka therefore uses a tried and tested method to make all children listen: Bribery. This legendary technique works like a charm. It was even more effective on Naruto thanks to his poor living conditions. 

In addition to dealing with Naruto, Tomoka also met the other main cast. In fact, he likes it a lot. Legendary bushy eye brows, wearing green jumpsuit, Lee and Guy bowl-cut fashionistas!  

As he had expected, he met them one day as they ran through Konoha with all their green splendor! After the meeting, everything went according to plan. He competes with Lee and is good friends with him. He would even shout YOUTH! both at training. After all, you know the old saying: when in Rome, do as the Romans do. 

Because of these events Tomoka suspected that the side effects of hair loss training Saitama only apply to male practitioners. However, with a sample size of only two of each gender, Tomoka was unable to confirm it. 

In addition to meeting Lee and befriending Naruto, Tomoka also spends his time studying Genjutsu from genjutsu specialist Kurenai. Since her parents also joined, they requested some paid lessons for Tomoka at the boy's request. Of course Kurenai hesitates to teach five-year-old Tomoka. However, these doubts did not last long. 

Since Tomoka already knew the theory behind genjutsu, she had trained with herself as a target. Simply put, he made himself hallucinate. Of course, using genjutsu on yourself is much easier than using it on others, but the practice is not in vain.

It only took him half a year to learn all the basics that kurenai could teach him. Now, half a year just for the basics might sound like a lot of time. However, these "basics" are very important because they come from the kurenai themselves. Tomoka didn't learn to just use genjutsu. He is learning to make it fast!

By the time Tomoka was seven years old, Kurenai had trouble thinking about what to teach the girl. Tomoka had developed her genjutsu by leaps and bounds. Although he was still very far from the mastery Kurenai possessed. At this point Kurenai decides that Tomoka has learned everything he can. From then on the girl needs to find her own way forward.

I felt the story was going too slowly so I decided to skip this time. However, it is important to mention that some of the events mentioned in this chapter will be further developed in additional chapters.

PS: additional chapters will only be protective because they do not add anything really important to the story, mostly just part of the chapter of life.
