After an extensive explanation of the shadow clone jutsu, Tomoka was ready to give it a try. Unfortunately for him, Himiko spent the next two hours drilling into his skull just how dangerous the jutsu was. Himiko will keep going all day if she is not stopped by Tomoka's sweet sneer. 

"Well ma'am, as promised I'll make one clone and stop immediately if I feel something is out of place" With that said Tomoka carefully made a hand gesture while massaging her chakra in the correct pattern. A few seconds later he finished. Taking a deep breath, Tomoka concentrated and. 

"Kage bunshin no jutsu" With Tomoka's final push finishes the jutsu. His figure was obscured by clouds of smoke for a moment before revealing his figure once again. At his side, a perfect copy of him stood there. Or that's what's supposed to happen. 

Instead of the perfect clone of a four-year-old girl there was nothing, the jutsu simply failed. Both Himiko and Tomoka were surprised by this result. No one expected the jutsu to fail. Himiko believes her daughter is a child prodigy, a genius in her mind, there is no jutsu she cannot learn.

Tomoka was frozen solid. He could not believe he had failed in the jutsu. He could not believe he could not do the jutsu that a brain-dead person like Naruto could easily do. Something is not right and he will know it no matter how long it takes. 

Ignoring Himiko's previous warning, Tomoka performed a hand chant once again. This time he did so at an incredible speed that was completed in one second. As before he kneaded his chakra with absolute focus. Finally he once again used the activation word for the jutsu. 

"Kage bunshin no jutsu" Unlike before, his every focus was concentrated on chakra flow and his clone construction. He could sense how his chakra formed a humanoid form. How the shape slowly hardens. Then it happened.

Tomo felt how a thin layer of his chakra formed around the others. He could deduce the work of this film. If the chakra is water then this film is the container. His senses were strained to their limits as he continued to study what was going on. 

It is worth mentioning that all this happens in one second. Tomoka knew that the film felt different from her normal chakra. It is a chakra transformation, the non-element. As the film begins to harden, the film breaks. The remaining chakra flew back into his body and the jutsu failed once again. 

“Tomoka! What are you doing!? Are you okay!?" A second later Himiko hugged Tomoka before examining her body. A mixture of anger and worry was clearly visible on his face.

“I don't care miss. It's reckless and you need to be punished. One week without training” Everything is gone, life is no longer worth living. That was Tomoka's mind when she heard her mother's words. 

[Did I just hear something like broken glass?] Looking around Kurama saw Tomoka's soul being destroyed. The girl's eyes were empty and lifeless. 

[Oi! Control yourself! It's only been a week!] The thing that actually made Kurama worry was the scary thing that she muttered. 

'So much time wasted. I had to get rid of all the obstacles and solve them. Maybe genocide is a choice. Peace will adorn this world as long as there is no life left' This continues for a few seconds before Tomoka stops him. 

“I understand mom. Sorry to have worried you” By saying that, Tomoka went to her room. Even though he was not allowed to practice, he could still plan and think about many things. 

'Okay, Kurama, time to think. Why did I fail?'

[Maybe you're just incompetent]

'Kurama there's a worse place than a gutter I can think of, you know' 

[I'm just kidding, just relaxing] The giant fox was sweating coldly on his back. Knowing Tomoka he has no doubt he will make his mental landscape hell itself just to prove his point.
