Other World Chimera
The broken soul

Dark, Tomoka could not only see him around her but she could feel him. This place is dark not only in the physical sense because there is no light at all but also in the metaphysical sense. But he was familiar with the darkness. This was the deepest place in his mind, no, this was far beyond his mind, this was a representation of his soul.

"What the hell is going on?"

"WHAT AM I DOING?" Hearing the echoes of her sinister voice, Tomoka turned to look at a copy of her. However, this one eye looked dead, soulless, yet he put an annoying arrogant grin on his face. At that moment Tomoka felt angry at him because it symbolized his arrogance. The arrogance that made him fall asleep when fighting Danzo.

"I don't need such arrogance" As he said this, a kunai appeared in Tomoka's hands. His eyes turned cold, merciless as he put the kunai to the neck of this other person.

"I DON'T NEED THIS KIND OF DELIBERATION" Hearing her voice, Tomoka felt disgusted. Just as he was about to finish it, he saw it. Behind this version hundreds, thousands or even millions of corpses stood there. Each of them represented a part of him that he had killed.

When he saw them, memories flooded his mind. Each of them represents painful memories of the past. He threw away what made him sick. He killed that part of himself. Now looking at all those corpses he couldn't help but wonder.

"Who am I?" As his voice rang through the dark space of his soul, he was shattered. Like a mirror that had been violently crushed by its angry owner, its body broke. When he looked at the many pieces of glass floating in a place that barely formed him, he realized it.

"I'm not myself." He's devastated. He's been a long time. His ghosts are emotionless not because of his jutsu that made him so, but because of him. He had built his own personality as they had, but it was all a lie they told themselves.

Looking at the shards, he saw how the shards were desperately trying to piece everything together. That's what's been holding him back all along. Seeing those memories flooded his mind. Memories of his time spent with Hinata and Nozomi. Happy memories.

Unlike before, they feel numb. Now that he did not react according to his personality, he could not feel the explosion of love that he felt back then. However, he could still feel it very faintly.

"I want it back." He did not feel sad or upset. He just wanted to feel more about what managed to leak. He wanted to feel, he wanted to really feel.

At that moment the sea of corpses split apart and one person stepped forward. It looked like a fifteen-year-old Aurora. His skin was gray and his eyes were empty, without a soul. Around his neck was a finger-shaped bruise. This was the first corps to appear in this palace. Seeing him, Tomoka spoke again.

"I want my love back."

"I'M GOING TO BE H-Urt ag-aGaiN!" The body replied. His voice was monotonous as usual. His expression, dead as usual, however, it conveyed a seething rage, anger like no other.

"Maybe, but until then we'll be happy." Tomoka started crying because she could feel it again. His ability to love back and it hurts. It hurts to remember. From his first love.
