Other World Chimera
war crime

One week later and Tomoka still can't do shadow clone jutsu. Although he had known the reason behind his failure, he was unable to find a solution. No matter what he tried, his Yang chakra was completely inadequate to hold large amounts of Yin chakra.

'Kurama, I give up. You can laugh if you want, but this is a waste of time.' Tomoka was currently in her bed doing nothing. Tomorrow his sentence of one week without training will end.

[I'll laugh but I've done enough over the last week. By the way, what are you planning now? I mean, there must be some merit to having so much Yin chakra] To be honest Kurama feels a little bad for Tomoka because she doesn't want to admit it.

'For starters, although having a week to relax and unwind is fun, I want to regain lost time' That's right. Other than his experiments on shadow clone jutsu, Tomoka did not practice at all.

During the past week Tomoka spent her time with her parents or Nozomi in leisure activities. The problem was that he was so bored at one point he even played some games with some random kids in a nearby park. His favorite time was spent with Nozomi. The cute smile of the little Uchiha made her feel strange in a strange but kind way.

[So you'll double your efforts in torturing yourself, understand] Kurama is still wondering how Tomoka can undergo his own training. Worse, Tomoka has been planning more extreme training lately.

Aside from the usual training he did, he now planned to add to the burden. However, if that was the case, Kurama would not be too worried and surprised. The plan was to buy a ballast bearing the words fuinjutsu to further increase their weight. He had actually bought it secretly by asking an older child to buy it for him.

'This is training Kurama not torture. After all, now that you mention it, the Yin chakra certainly has its uses. For example genjutsu so I guess I should learn to use it. The problem is both my parents did not know genjutsu so they needed to find someone else to teach me.'

[How about the Uchiha, they specialize in genjutsu, although I don't like them, Nozomi is fine.]

In the end Tomoka decided to return to her other projects while waiting for the day to be over. Since he was not allowed to practice, he instead spent some of his time designing something for him to use. Up until now he has filled up his notebook with many different mechanism designs and technologies that he can use.

Inside objects such as modern smoke bombs, grenades, protectors, and weapons can be found. Unfortunately he did not have the skills or materials needed to make more complex things like energy weaponry.

He might be able to make something like a pipe gun but he refused to do it for some reason. First and foremost, why did he make weapons in this world! While it might be useful against weaker opponents, it would most likely be useless against the strong. Second, the cursed thing might explode in his hand. Third, he did not want something like a weapon to ruin this world.

In the end he can still make other things. For example, there are no Geneva conventions in the world. Therefore, greet all the war crimes that Tomoka will commit in the future. He would not use a Biological weapon because it was beyond his knowledge and it was too difficult to control in his opinion. Nuclear weapons are too destructive to be liked. It left him with his favorite form of forbidden weaponry. Chemical weapons.

Mustard gas, white phosphorus, chlorine gas and cyanide. What about some acid? He has acid options to choose from such as: sulfuric acid, chlorhydrous acid, and more! Not enough to your liking? What about other illegal goods such as landmines?

[You don't plan on actually using all those scary things]

'Dear Kurama, everything is fair in love and war. If someone, no matter who, dared to hurt the person I wanted to protect, they should be prepared to suffer unimaginable pain, 'often Tomoka widened to look like a demon. A small glint of madness and madness was in his eyes.
