Eps.#50 Post Tsunami

Disaster came unexpectedly, perhaps it was God's warning to his servant. Too busy pursuing worldly pleasures sometimes makes mankind negligent and forgets the Creator, so God rebukes through a disaster that occurs.

After the tsunami hit the southern ocean, the island in the area appeared to be destroyed, ravaged poranda. Tsunami waves swept across coastal areas after a high-strength shallow earthquake that occurred on the ocean floor. Everyone who lives on the island is faced with nature that has shown its power.

Such a powerful wave not only washed away the residents and destroyed their settlements, but also destroyed boat boats and fishing boats on the coast and there were even swept to the mainland.

After the earthquake and tsunami that occurred, the power grid and telecommunications lines were also immediately broken, so that conditions really emergency there.

Hundreds of people were found dead unable to save themselves, and I don't know how many were lost as a result of being swept away by waves, hit by ruins and so on. The incident certainly leaves a very deep sorrow and trauma for all residents there.

Residents who survived also lost their homes, for a while they were accommodated in several refugee camps.

Pearls with Genta who was on his way when the disaster occurred also did not escape the tsunami waves. The position of the ship that was approaching to the beach when it was carried by the flow to the mainland, but it was fortunate that Pearl and Genta survived and now they are safe in a refugee camp.

At the evacuation site, several volunteers who were in charge of providing assistance to victims who survived the earthquake and tsunami were also seen passing by, in addition to providing assistance, and also helping, they also recorded all the survivors of the disaster and the data will be reported to BNPB.

The sobbing sound of people who lost relatives and screams of pain sounded earthy, the atmosphere was very gripping and blue felt in the shelter.

"Catastrophe, tsunami?" it was like a nightmare for pearls.

"Why can I be here, Ma'am? who saved me?" ask the volunteer again.

Genta who was previously outside the refugee tent, immediately entered when he found out that the Pearl was already roaring.

"Thank God you're sober, Ra! we are very lucky to survive this disaster and this is really a miracle" he said as he approached Pearl who was still sitting in a daze.

"Are you hurt, Ra?" asked Genta while looking at the face of Pearl that looked a little pale.

"What's going on, Bang? why are we in this place?" tanya Pearl was confused.

"We survived the tsunami, Ra. As our ship approaches the shore, a big wave arrives, but unfortunately Abey and Johan are killed, they're trapped inside the ship's cabin." genta replied with a sad face because two of his men also died because of the disaster.

"You too have been unconscious for almost twenty-four hours, Ra. I'm so worried about you!" Genta.

"But thank God you and the baby in your womb are safe!" added Genta again with a smile staring at the face of Pearl who still looks confused by everything she experienced.

"Why did the volunteer say I was saved by my husband, Bang? he also said my name was Ara and my husband Tirta. What exactly is going on?" ask Pearl.

"I'm sorry, Ra. The volunteers recorded all the survivors, I was forced to change our identity and say that you are my wife and your name is Ara while my name is Tirta" Genta replied.

"Why should you give me fake data, Bang?" tanya Mutiara was flabbergasted to hear Genta's explanation.

"Long the explanation, Ra. I'll tell you later, the most important thing is that we're safe and I'll figure out how we can get back to town!" sahut Genta cuts all questions Pearl.

Pearl fell silent again, there were too many questions in her head and she became more and more confused by all the things she was going through.

For a moment he looked at the atmosphere around him, there were hundreds of people inside the refugee barracks. Some were screaming in pain and some were sobbing crying and screaming in fear. The disaster that occurred left grief and trauma so deep for everyone.
