The Passion of the Segara

The Passion of the Segara
Eps. #82 Fighting

Blaaggh...!

Arkha closed the car door violently. He had just parked his beloved SUV in his yard. With widened steps as much as possible, he entered into his house.

"Where's Livina?" arkha asked in a stern tone without turning her head towards her servant who greeted her kindly as she came.

"Mrs Livina is in the living room with Miss Ardila, sir." The servant replied while bowing his back and bowing his head. From Arkha's attitude and style of speech, he could see that his master was upset at that moment. Therefore, the maid did not dare to look at Arkha's face which did look very creepy when she was angry.

Arkha rushed to the living room and found Livina sitting with Ardila studying.

"Hore..., Papa's home!" ardila exclaimed in delight when she saw Arkha in front of her. The little girl immediately got up from her seat and hugged Arkha, hoping that Arkha would carry her. Despite being angry, in front of her daughter, Arkha still showed a smile on her lips while lifting up Ardila's tiny body and carrying her.

"Papa's Tumben's coming home, Pa?" ardila asked as she tighter and tighter put her hand on Arkha's shoulder.

"Yes, Honey. It just so happens that Papa is not busy today. So, Papa can go home," said Arkha while sitting on the sofa in the room and holding Ardila.

"Dila, let's get on with the schoolwork first! Papa just came home, Papa must be tired," Livina interrupted as she glanced at Arkha's face and joined in smiling. However, Arkha instead stared sinisterly at Livina.

"When you study in the room, baby! Papa wants to talk to Mama for a second," arkha persuaded while gently stroking Ardila's head.

"Papa Mama no longer marahan, right?" ardila asked with her lips pressed forward, pouting. Although Arkha still smiled at him, the little girl could realize that Arkha was upset.

"No, Honey. Papa just wants to discuss one thing that is very important with Mama" Arkha said.

Ardila remained pouted. However, he complied and was willing to descend from Arkha's lap and take all his books.

"Anyways, Dila doesn't want to hear Papa and Mama make a fuss anymore!" ketus the little girl while holding the books on her chest.

"No, honey. Papa won't be mad at you, Mama." Livina tries to convince her daughter and Ardila just nods and runs to her room, leaving Arkha and Livina both in the room.

Arkha took a deep breath while rubbing his face. Without her knowing, Ardila had been paying attention to her increasingly strained relationship with Livina. In fact, Ardila also often heard her mouth fight with Livina.

"What else do you want to talk to me about, Kha? Aren't you tired of asking me to fight every day" Livina sneered.

"If it wasn't you who started it all, I'd be lazy to fight with you too, Vin!" ketus Arkha while staring intently at Livina.

"Me?" Livina shook her head, "you always accuse me of the no-no, Arkha!"

"Ok, to the point, Vin! now tell me, what was your purpose for going to the hospital where you were being treated?" search Arkha.

"To the hospital?' Livina flinched and rounded her eyes, and it was unexpected that Arkha already knew that that afternoon she went to the hospital and tried to meet with Mama Yuna.

"Why, Vin? you're surprised because I already know what you're doing?" arkha Fishing.

"Then what's wrong, Arkha? I went there intentionally to visit Mama, I have not seen her for a long time. After you said that Mama's condition had improved, I was so eager to see her," Livina said, trying to cover up her lie.

"What lie, Kha? When have I ever lied to you?" kilah Livina's.

"Enough, Vin! do you think I'll just believe what you say? When did you ever care about your mom? Why do you suddenly want to see him?" arkha snapped even more annoyed with Livina's lies.

"Four years, Vin! four years Mama's been in there and all that time you never cared about her. Even when I disappeared for a year, you didn't even visit Mama there!" arkha reiterated his accusation.

Livina was silent like a statue, she could no longer dodge Arkha's accusations.

"If it wasn't for some reason, I'm sure you wouldn't want to go see Mama to the hospital, Livina! Now that Mama's disappeared from the hospital, I'm sure you're behind all this!" point Arkha again.

"No, Kha! why do you always accuse me of charges without clear evidence? I just wanted to meet Mama, but unfortunately I didn't get to meet her. Mama was kidnapped and taken away by her evil personal sister!" Although Livina knew Arkha would not believe her, Livina kept lying and looking for an excuse to defend herself.

"You don't have to blame anyone else for Mama's disappearance from the hospital, Vin. That problem, I'll investigate it myself. And if it's proven that you're behind all this, then I won't hesitate to finish you off, Livina!" arkha's cry was furious with her index finger that she pointed at Livina's face.

"Your staff accuses me of abducting Mama, Arkha. Just so you know I had absolutely nothing to do with Mama's disappearance from the hospital. I was there, but we didn't get to meet, that sly sister who took Mama away!"

"I'm not accusing you of kidnapping Mama, Vin. But I'm sure you have a hand behind all this!" arkha Bright.

"Already, Kha. I don't like you exaggerating this. You always blame me. You're selfish, Arkha!" livina Benthic.

"You're selfish, Vin!" tampik Arkha's.

"Enough, Arkha! I'm tired of having to constantly fuss over things that don't matter to you!" concluded Livina as she stepped away from Arkha towards her room.

Arkha leaned his back on the sofa while tightly clenching both of his hands. For a moment he took a long breath.

"Well.why are there so many problems I'm facing right now?" arkha grumbled as she ruffled her hair off guard and felt increasingly frustrated.

Slowly Arkha reached into his pocket and took his cell phone, and called someone.

"Rendy, I want you to divide your men, some keep looking for Pearls and some are looking for Mama. This time I don't want to know how, you have to find them!" Arkha called Rendy to remind her of everything she had ordered earlier.

From behind the wall of the living room, Livina eavesdropped on the phone conversation between Arkha and Rendy.

"The woman named Pearl is still alive and Arkha is looking for her!" Livina mutters.

"If until the woman is found then my position will be further squeezed here. Arkha still loves that woman so much, if Arkha finds out all my lies, Arkha will not only divorce me, but also send me to prison!" his face turned panicked.

"I have to go look for Pearls and Mama Yuna, lest Arkha find them first."

Livina then continued her steps towards her room in a hurry. His mind grew increasingly stifled, he was very afraid that Arkha would throw him out of the house.
