Three days passed after escaping from the mental hospital where Mama Yuna was treated, Pearl felt quite comfortable living in the apartment with her.
However, the problem has not been resolved until there, Mama Yuna who had previously improved, was not fully recovered from her mental disorder.
His emotions are unstable. Although Mama Yuna is no longer crying and laughing herself, but sometimes Mama Yuna is still often moody, daydreaming alone and does not say when invited to talk.
Pearls are very understanding of the condition of Mama Yuna like that. Therefore, Pearls still take good care and accompany it. From the training he had received in the hospital, he knew that people who had experienced psychiatric disorders could not immediately recover, needed many emotional approaches to make it back to normal as usual.
On the living room sofa, Pearl rested her body. His eyes stared at Mama Yuna's locked and tightly closed room door.
It had been almost a day Mama Yuna locked herself in her room, and what worried her more was that Mama Yuna had not eaten. Worse yet, Baruna was with him in the room.
Pearl knocked on the door several times and tried to get her to eat. However, Mama Yuna did not respond to it.
"How can I persuade Lady Yuna to take Baruna out of her room? From this afternoon the boy had not eaten, he must have been hungry" he grumbled.
The pearl looked at the plate filled with food in front of him. The food was prepared for Mama Yuna and her son. It had been more than an hour of food served on the plate and now it was getting cold.
Pearl had not given up, she again approached Mama Yuna's room and repeated knocking on the door.
"Mrs..., open the door, Madam! It was late afternoon, Baruna was already late for lunch!" call out to him while continuing to knock on the door of the room.
Pearl put her ear on the door, she hoped there would be a rush of feet approaching that would open the door from the inside.
Pearl let out a long sigh, there was no sign Mama Yuna would open the door for her.
"Madam, I beg you to open the door, allow Baruna to eat first, after that Madam can invite her to play again" said Mutiara sitting resignedly on the floor in front of the door.
Long enough the Pearl sat in that place, she was very worried, afraid that something undesirable was happening inside the room.
Chequek...!
The door suddenly opened, Pearl smiled and immediately stood up from her seat, she raised her head looking into Mama Yuna's room.
"Mother...!" Baruna ran out of the room and directly splashed into the arms of Pearl.
"Baruna is hungry, take her to eat first" said Mama Yuna who came out of her room following Baruna.
"Madam must eat, too" asked Mutiara while throwing a friendly smile at Mama Yuna.
"Of course," Mama Yuna replied briefly as she stepped her feet towards the dining room.
Carrying Baruna, Mutiara picked up her prepared food plate and took her to the dinner table.
The three then ate together and as usual Mama Yuna did not allow Pearl to feed Baruna, she was the one who took over all the work taking care of Baruna. Pearls also never forbid it, as long as Mama Yuna did not hurt Baruna, for her it was not a big deal.
"Emm.., this fish is delicious. Did you cook it, Ra?" asked Mama Yuna who looked greedy to eat the dishes on her plate after she finished feeding Baruna.
"Yes, Madam. Sorry only kampung-style cuisine, I can only cook it for Madam," said Mutiara low and Mama Yuna just smiled faintly in response.
"You're a special woman, Ara. Besides being beautiful and kind, you are also good at cooking. Your husband is very lucky to have a wife like you," Mama Yuna praised as she wiped her lips with a tissue because she had finished her meal.
"Ah.., madam could," said the blushed Pearl.
"Ohya, what about your husband? Has he contacted you?" ask Mama Yuna.
Pearl shook her head, "yet, Madam."
"When I got to this town I could never reach him. Especially now that I've changed my cell phone number since we left the hospital, he definitely can't contact me" he continued.
"Patience, Ra. If indeed you love each other, one day love will also unite you," comforted Mama Yuna.
Pearl only smiled faintly at the words of Mama Yuna, where perhaps love will bring her to Genta. Meanwhile, he himself has not been able to open his heart to Genta, the only love in his heart is Segara.
"If only my son could choose a woman like you to be his wife, I would definitely be very happy, Ra," Mama Yuna complained as she looked at Pearl's face.
Pearl still only replied with a smile, from what Mama Yuna said, Pearl thought that Mama Yuna's emotions were being controlled at that time. Therefore, he felt he had a chance to pry information from Mama Yuna about the problems of his personal life so that he suffered from mental disorders.
"I'm sorry if I'm presumptuous to ask, madam. If I may know, what's with Madam's daughter-in-law, until Madam hates her so much?" ask Pearl curious.
Mama Yuna did not answer and her face again looked gloomy after hearing her question, so Pearl did not continue asking.
"I want to rest, and Baruna will keep me company in the room" said Mama Yuna as she lifted up Baruna's tiny body and carried her.
"Come, Oma, Come on!" welcome the excited Baruna.
Seeing that, Pearl did not dare to prevent it. Baruna was so close to Mama Yuna that she had no reason to ban any of it.
"But please do not lock the door to his room, ma'am. Before going to bed Baruna had to drink milk, I would bring her straight to the room" Pearl said. She was only worried that Mama Yuna would re-lock the door, so she could not go in to watch over them.
Mama Yuna remained unanswered and went straight into her room with Baruna.
Ting tung's...!
The sound of the bell in the apartment rang out loud and Pearl rushed to open the door.
"Hi, Ra!" Sandra was already standing at the door with her hands filled with plastic grocery bags. Sandra went straight in when Pearl opened the door.
"Where is Madam Yuna, Ra?" sandra asked as she walked towards the kitchen with all her luggage.
"The lady's in the room, San. Just finished eating, but the Madam went straight back into her room, "the Pearl and Sandra only replied with a nod of her head.
"I've been shopping a lot of groceries for you, this stock is enough for you to cook a few days," babble Sandra while lowering all the groceries that are the ingredients that are directly stored in the large refrigerator in the kitchen.
"Yes, thank you very much, San," said Pearl while sitting on the dining table chair and only paying attention to Sandra's busyness.
Sandra did not live with him in the apartment, every day she would come there just to bring the goods needed Mama Yuna and Pearl.
While taking two cans of bottled drinks from the refrigerator, Sandra sat down in the chair next to Pearl.
"Drink, Ra!" he said while giving a can of his drink to Pearl.
"I'm so glad Madam Yuna has been so much better since you, Ra. He has started to remember everything, and I'm sure soon he'll be as well as he was" Sandra smiled as she began her conversation with Pearl.
"Sandra, can I ask you something?" ask Pearl.
"Yes, why, Ra?"
"Actually what happened in Madam Yuna's past, San. Why does he hate his son-in-law so much?"
"Mistress Yuna's daughter-in-law is a materialistic woman, Ra. She never loved Madam Yuna's son, she wanted to marry him just because of her wealth" Sandra said, sipping her canned drink.
"The truth is, you know? before becoming Madam Yuna's daughter-in-law, she was just a poor girl. It was fortunate that she was able to marry Madam Yuna's son" Sandra explained.
"Is it just because of that, San?" The pearl shook her head in disbelief.
"I don't know anything more than that, Ra. As far as I know that Madame Yuna was depressed because her son had an accident before, even her son had been declared dead in the accident."
"If that's what I know, too, San. The doctor at the hospital explained it to me. But what I don't understand is why Madame Yuna hates her daughter-in-law so much." Pearls are still curious.
"I've long suspected Madam Yuna's daughter-in-law, Ra. Ever since her son disappeared and was pronounced dead, I never knew where Madame Yuna was, she just disappeared without a trace, she said, I just found out that Madam Yuna was admitted to a mental hospital after her son came back and she was still alive." Sandra told me something that she had been suspicious about all this time.
"I suspect that Madame Yuna's whereabouts in the asylum was because of Livina's daughter-in-law, Ra!" sandra was angry.
"Livina?" Pearl was very surprised to hear a name that Sandra mentioned. Instantly he remembered the story of Genta about Segara's first wife named Livina.
"Why are you surprised to hear that name, Ra? have you ever met him?" ask Sandra.
"Ah no, San. I'm just like I've heard it," said the Pearl nervously.
"Mr Arkha loved Livina very much, even though they were separated, but Mr. Arkha married her again because Livina had given birth to their daughter when Mr. Arkha disappeared," Sandra continued.
"Arkha?" Pearl was surprised to hear Sandra's words. His heart stopped beating when he heard the names mentioned by Sandra.
"Yes, Arkha was the name of her son Madam Yuna, and Kaka was just the affectionate call of Lady Yuna to her son as a child." Sandra made it clear again.
"What's wrong, Ra? why are you so surprised to hear my story, do you know Mr Arkha?" astonished Sandra while staring at the face of Pearl who suddenly broke out in cold sweat.
"No, San. I don't know him at all" elak Pearl while trying to hide his surprise and nervousness.
"What I heard, Mr. Arkha lost his memory during his disappearance and lived on a remote island that had now been sunk by a tsunami," Sandra continued.
The pearl instantly fell silent and was unable to say anything more.
"God, it turns out that Kaka is Arkha and Madam Yuna is the Mama of Bang Segara who is actually Arkha. Madam Yuna and Baruna had blood ties, therefore apparently they were so close," the inner Pearl churned. One secret that was revealed now made millions of feelings fill his mind.
