The sky looked overcast, the sunlight dimmed as if to depict the mood of Arkha who was being struck by grief.
Two weeks passed after the cataclysm occurred, until Arkha also did not get the good news he expected about the Pearl. The list of names of the most recent victims of BNPB remains the same, the name Mutiara and Pak Imran remain there with the status of dead or missing victims. Genta also never returned after the incident.
The sadness was so deep in Arkha's heart, the tragic loss of his loved ones, made him even more frustrated and lost his spirit.
"Pearls....! why did you leave me this way?" arkha shouted as she threw a heart-red rose into the middle of the sea.
That afternoon, Arkha as usual spent his evening on the beach to spill all his sadness there. Arkha has been going to the beach for a week and sitting there for hours just to throw a rose into the sea and mourn his grief.
Rendy was always faithful to take her there, she also felt the sadness that Arkha was feeling.
"I'm so sorry I left you and Dad in that village, Ra! now that you've been leaving me for so long, I haven't even had a chance to tell you all about my memories, baby!" peeking Arkha, the word had already been very often shouted at that beach, sadness and regret so stifling his heart.
Arkha sat down on the white sand on the beach. His gaze was empty, the harshness of the beach breeze hit his hair, his feet were wet due to being swept by the waves that continued to greet the beach, but all of that was not ignored.
"Why, God? You have the heart to play my destiny, you found me with Pearl through the waves of the sea water and you also took the Pearl back from me in the same way!"
Tears of trembling returned to the corner of Arkha's eyes. Losing a pearl really makes it hurt, fragile and also desperate.
"Boss, until when will you continue to dissolve in sadness?" asked Rendy as she approached Arkha who was still sitting in the sand of the beach.
"Miss Pearl and Mr. Imran have calmed down in nature, God loves them more than we are covered in this sin, Boss. That is why God called them first to face Him." comfort Rendy trying to reduce Arkha's grief.
"Why am I so stupid to leave them on that island, Rendy? I should have brought them here by then!" regret Arkha with his neutrals who were still staring blankly into the middle of the ocean.
"We never know what's going to happen, boss. Everything that has happened is not for regret. It is the secret of God, and we cannot resist His power either" Rendy advised.
"You must rise, Boss! there is no point in continuing to fall into this kind of grief! is it with sadness that Miss Pearl will return? no, Boss! it is precisely if Miss Pearl sees you like this, she will definitely also be sad, her soul will not be calm in nature there, Boss!" added Rendy.
"I can't live without Pearls, Rendy! Half my soul was gone with her gone" said Arkha, tears still streaming down her cheeks.
"It's not just you who feel the loss, boss. I am also saddened to lose Genta, my co-worker and best friend whom I have considered to be a sibling, he too fell victim to the ferocity of nature!"
"Yes, Pearl, Mr. Imran and also Genta, the people I love have been snatched away by the anger of the Powerful One, Rendy! God is so unfair to me" Arkha said.
"You can't say that, Boss. I understand the sadness you're going through, but what's the point of continuing to mourn and grieve like this, your future is still long, Boss! there are many visions and missions that we have not yet accomplished. You should never forget what your main goal is to return to this city!" Rendy continues to try to dispel the sadness and encourage Arkha.
The night began to come, the sky was getting darker, a flash of lightning was clearly seen striking towards the ocean accompanied by a rumbling sound that sounded so loud piercing the ears, the whirring of water began to fall from the sky, the sound of water began to fall from the sky, heavy rain falls with strong winds.
However, Arkha did not budge, he remained standing on the shore and allowed the rain to wash over his body.
"Goodbye, Pearl. Goodbye, my love. I love you so much!" he shouted while again throwing a rose in the direction of the waves that rolled towards the beach.
After a long silence and let his body wet by the rain on the beach, Arkha finally set foot to the place where Rendy parked his car.
"Dry your body, boss and change the clothes!" said Rendy while handing over a small towel and a hoodie to Arka when her boss was already in the car with his body drenched in rain water.
Rendy drove the car straight to Arkha's apartment. On the way, Rendy stopped by a fast food restaurant and took away dinner for the two of them.
Arriving at his apartment, Arkha immediately took a bath and changed all his clothes that were still wet, Rendy remained faithful to accompany him there.
"Boss, since the disaster, we've been postponing our plan to attack Mr. Alfin's base for two weeks. Even without Genta, we still have to carry out our mission!" firmly Rendy reminded their main purpose to Arkha.
"I'm not excited about running all that anymore, Rendy. Why would I take it all back if I couldn't share it with the people I love. The pearls have left me, I have no hope of anything else now!" arkha said with her face back looking sad.
"What do you mean if you don't have anyone else, boss?" Rendy gasped in surprise at Arkha's statement which sounded so desperate.
"Then Big Madam, don't you think about her recovery?" asked Rendy while looking into Arkha's eyes that looked cute.
"Miss Ardila, isn't she your daughter, are you going to let her stay with Mr. Alfin?" rendy exclaimed in a displeased tone in response to Arkha's sadness which he thought was too much.
"Now you've changed a lot, boss. This one in front of me is not the Arkha Boss I knew back then, a year of memory loss has changed your life by a hundred and eighty degrees!" sukul Rendy was disappointed with Arkha's apathy.
Arkha was silent, for a moment he tried to understand all of Rendy's words.
"You're right, Rendy! I can't be so long in grief, I still have a responsibility to Mama, when she recovers and sees me like this, surely he would be very disappointed knowing Kaka turned into a weak man!" arkha said.
"No, Rendy! I am not a weak man! since childhood, my mom and dad taught me to be strong. For Mama and Ardila's sake, I have to get up, Rendy, I won't let the sadness keep me up!" arkha tried to encourage herself.
"Alfinu....! I must avenge all his crimes!" angry again.
Rendy smiled at Arkha who had now started trying to dispel her grief.
"We're gonna reorder our plans, boss. Now that Genta is gone, we have to change our original plan!" timpal Rendy while pressing his forehead thought of their new plan to attack Alfin.
