Chapter 59: Aswad 6 of 15 “To Speak” (Part 03)

Everyone on the surface who saw the happenings in the sky of the city could only gap. Although it is not very clear what the giant skull is doing, but the unnatural speed of the massive size brings absolute fear.

Mavis and Fiola who also saw it could only gap, tremble and start to worry when they realized the giant could have ravaged the city. The two of them did know about the form of the Ancient Demon King and his strength. However, they had never seen a form that existed in the sky, let alone knew about such unnatural strength and speed.

The amount of his holy lightning was dozens of times that of Fiola in Divine Mode, the Mana emanating from him was truly as immeasurable, the energy radiating thousands of times more than that of the Magic Reactor produced, and the air of its existence is really on a different level. Even for Mavis who could access the higher level dimensions could not reach that level, it was further from the level of an angel or divine being.

Because of this, his existence in the Real World dimension was very strange. Stepping back and rethinking the nature of the existence of a giant skull in the sky, Mavis fondly muttered, “Why .... such a creature could maintain its shape without changing the structure of this world?”

“What does Madam mean?” fiola asked as he approached, making a hand seal and attempting to activate Divine Mode. Yet every time he accessed the higher dimensional realm, his strength decomposed and entered into the path of the Magic Pulse City that flashed where he stood.

Pointing to the figure from the higher dimension, Mavis replied, “That giant, is undoubtedly a Main God! That absurd existence! Ruler of one element of the world!” Stop pointing and cover next to her face trembling, the woman knelt limp on the muddy ground. “If such a figure could manifest itself in this world, the order of this world should undergo a change ... Then why ...?” mumbled chaos.

The giant skull in the sky suddenly stopped moving, without opening its two fused palms. His red eyes began to go out, leaving a dark cavity that looked extremely deep. In a matter of seconds, the ancient topographical arrangement active in the city of Mylta lost its construction. The magic array stopped operating, making the Magic Pulse points that became the center of the activation structure decrease drastically and return to normal.

The power of Fiola returned just then and there, he immediately entered into Divine Mode. His entire hair turned gray, a red stripe pattern appeared on the face and a magic circle with Ancient Runes appeared behind the Huli Jing. He stretched his palm forward, creating a white lightning spear and was ready to fight.

But before darting into the air and fighting the giant skull, suddenly the physical form of the superior creature lost its shape in the Real World and began to collapse. The loss of the buffer of his form caused the divine being to shatter into pieces of light, gradually from his two hands continuing until all of his body began to crack and shatter.

At that time Mavis only understood the method that made the form of the Prime God that could be in the Real World without bringing any effect on the world. Waking up and stepping forward trembling, the blonde-haired lady said, “That creature ..., what has changed this city into an artificial paradise for her throne? Not possible .... Why can there be creatures that can raise the dimension level in such a wide scope? Who can—”

Her instincts as a mother gave her immense fear. Not on the figure of the skull that began to collapse, but fear of losing his son. Mavis is aware that the creature is not called from a higher dimension, but rather a being created into the world using Odo as its core. The territory that is perceived as heaven and becomes a divine throne is the real evidence that makes the figure can exist in the Real World without changing the laws in the world.

“Odo ..., what have you done? Odo ..”

When the form of the skull had been completely destroyed into particles of light, all the energy that formed its physical form was sucked into the distortion of the cloud vortex in full without leaving any trace of magic. However, even though his form was gone, the cloud vortex did not disappear at all and the sky was still filled with unnatural space distortions. There was also no sign of Odo coming out of the center of the spiral cloud, making Mavis quickly notice.

The use of magic related to high-level dimensions always required equal sacrifices, it was impossible for it to be done so easily without a suitable payment. Although Odo's body characteristics allowed him to easily access the high-level dimension due to being born from a woman who had once performed an Angel Manifestation, but still the pay from using such a great power must have been very heavy.

“Fiola ..., why hasn't Odo been spotted as well? Isn't she supposed to be in the center of the vortex?”

“Eh?” Fiola realized this. He understood that Odo increased the dimension, but he did not expect that the core of the giant skull that had previously appeared was the son of his master.

Mavis looked very pale, her mind was filled with bad things that made her unable to stop trembling. Seeing this, Fiola also trembled and stared at the swirl of clouds palely.

It was a Realm created from an enormous amount of energy collision, so unorganized and still flawed. The concept of irregular time, the concept of space is so limited and the components needed to make a world are still far from being fulfilled. Even so, a fact that the world had formed and was located between the layers of the main dimensions of the Real World and Heaven was inevitable.

A stretch of white floor that was as wide as the tip of the eye looked, emitting light within the dense darkness that filled the sky. The fog spread widely and made the place feel cold, a result of the unusual nature of the Realm keeping the hydrogen in liquid form. The place is completely empty, with no buildings, plants, animals, clouds, or even microbes.

Lying on the glowing white floor, the four Fairy Soldiers opened their eyes and momentarily fell silent in confusion. They still vividly remember it, the moment when the body was kicked like a mosquito and crushed by a giant skull. In the anxiety in their minds immediately sat down, looking around to find out what was really going on.

Laura still clearly saw the three colleagues in their intact condition, with no injuries or damage to the clothes. However, the weapons they were supposed to carry were all gone. From rifles, camouflage robes to explosives and bag bags on belts, the entire outfit goes nowhere and leaves only the tight clothes they wear.

They immediately stood their backs to each other, forming a formation to cover the blind spots of each other. What they saw around was just a vast expanse of glowing white floors, a mist that filled the place as if limiting their vision and making them feel a little dizzy for a moment.

Laura at a glance felt an ominous air begin to approach from the thick fog. Putting on the military martial horses of the kingdom of Moloia, the Blonde High Elf lowered her posture like she was about to butcher and drop the figure that was slowly approaching from the fog.

“Notmarina?” call Laura.

High Elf pale green hair was lightly wilted, “Ya, Lieutenant?”

“Move up!”

Laura immediately dashed towards the shadow behind the fog, followed by her three comrades who were ready to ambush the figure behind the fog. But when Lentda jumped into the shadow in the fog, she did not find anyone. The fog is getting thicker, making visibility more limited.

Ul’ma slightly wrinkled her face, immediately put up the military martial horses and said, “Eng ..., is this some sort of illusion magic?”

“That's impossible,” refutes Magda firmly. “I have absolutely no sense of any Mana activity in this place.”

Not only did those long-blonde elves understand that, they all vaguely did feel awkward because they did not feel Ether or Mana at all. It was very unnatural because it should have all the places in the world have Mana scattered in the air.

“This sucks,” chirps Ul’ma with annoyance. “What is this one of the power of that damn reed?”

“Tch!” Notmarina was provoked by emotion, she turned her gaze towards the fog and looked for the mastermind who had brought them to the place. “Fucking basics! Why could such a creature appear in the middle of the city?! After all, what the fuck does the Master command! He did not expect us to return from this mission at all!” she said with teary eyes.

Seeing the two colleagues begin to lose emotional control and show unusual attitudes, Laura and Magda felt that the fog that enveloped the corner was not a mere collection of gas. Trying to hold her breath, Laura accessed the Astral World and entered Fairy Mode. But as if the place refused access, Laura's consciousness bounced and her body got a severe back effect.

“Akh!! Damn—!”

The blood vessels on his two hands were blocked by his own Mana flow, then broke and exploded. Blood spurted out, splattered incoherently and the back effect continued to spread to the back until it finally destroyed some of its own spinal cord. Laura's consciousness instantly floated up, her body collapsing and lying face down on the floor.

Seeing his companion lying convulsed in blood, Magda was wide-eyed and silent in confusion. He didn't understand why Laura would get such a wound. But after seeing a fleeting trace of Mana coming out of his blood on the floor, he immediately understood that activating magic would be very dangerous.

Wanting to call Notmarina and Ul’ma for help, his voice immediately stopped when he saw the strange behavior of the two colleagues. Ul’ma instead fell asleep on the white floor, starting to scratch his own arm until his tight clothes were torn and injured his own skin.

Strange thing was also done Notmarina, the woman who had the calmest mind after Laura was instead clapping while humming. He behaved like a child who still could not speak, looked like a mentally disabled person and really did not show his cold nature as usual.

“A-What are you doing? Lieutenant, what should I do now—?”

Magda's words came to a halt, staring at Laura who was completely motionless. The flowing blood began to pool on the floor, trampled by him who stepped back after seeing the behavior of his two comrades. He knelt near Laura, flipped over her body and confirmed Letda's condition.

But when he saw the cornea of the eye that looked empty and his breathing stopped, Magda immediately trembled. In a soft voice he said, “He died ...? Lieutenant ...?”

In the midst of her chaotic heart, suddenly Notmarina who lost her mind hugged her from behind. Initially Magda thought her partner wanted to comfort her even though her wits were being distracted. But when the hug began to rise up and reach the neck, Notmarina immediately strangled him tightly.

“What—!! Release .... Not ... marina ..!”

“Uwahahahaha!!! Ahahaha! Awahaha!! Ghuhahaaa!”

Notmarina was really crazy, she was suffocating increasingly taut until Magda's face started turning blue. Trying to escape, the position and power Magda can not fight it.  He clawed at the arm that was strangling him from behind, trying to escape and began to fear death as if welcoming him from behind.

As Magda was out of breath and stopped fighting, the arm chuckles began to loosen. But it was not to let go, just gather momentum and instantly break the neck of the long blonde girl by the boat. With consciousness definitely fading away, he in his mind still expected life.

The sound of heartbeats rang out, the sound of clockwork moving at a glance was clearly heard and echoed to the corners of the place. Everything goes back to the beginning. As the consciousness of the four Fairy Soldiers returned, they woke up on the white floor emitting light. Their place was filled with dense fog, the ceiling was so dark and the silence was so pronounced.

In a split second, fear instantly attacked Magda. He immediately stood up faster than his comrades and immediately walked away, in fear and his face paled. The memory of his previous death was clearly embedded in the soul of the Fairy Soldier by the nickname The Night. Magda stared hatefully at Notmarina, harboring a grudge for having been killed.

A similar thing was felt by the other three Fairy Soldiers, they clearly remembered the previous incident. Laura clearly remembered herself dying from trying to activate Fairy Mode, Ul’ma also remembered herself losing her mind and acting irrational. Notmarina who got a scared look from her own partner also remembered that clearly, the sensation of her breaking Magda's neck still felt so warm to her.

As if she had been used to death, the only one who looked calm and analyzed the situation was Laura. He observed the expressions of the three comrades, immediately understanding that they also still had memories of previous events. Laura walked up to Notmarina and patted her shoulder, then firmly said, “Turn yourself! Don't let us be played!”

“Letnan ...” Notmarina flinched with a deathly pale face, she stared back in despair and asked, “A-What should we do? Last ..., I killed Magda with this hand ...”

“For now calm down, keep your mind and keep thinking rationally.” Laura immediately looked towards Magda, then started walking closer and persuaded, “Don't worry, it must have been an illusion. Don't let yourself be played by the shit that brought us to this place.”

“Illusion? Last ...?”

“Yes, that must be an illusion. Otherwise, why are you and I still alive?”

Magda slowly let go of her fear, reached out her hand and walked over towards Laura. The fog grew thicker, creating a wall that separated Laura and Magda with their two comrades. Staying focused on persuading her partner, Laura again said, “Don't worry, calm yourself...”

Laura's hand stretched forward, trying to grab her partner's hand. But before Magda's hand could reach the helping hand, he suddenly saw a shadowy figure in the mist carrying a spear with the tip of the trident. The shadow in the fog raised its weapon, then directly thrust it towards Laura.

“Lieutenant! Behind you!” Magda warned.

Reflexively, Laura instantly tightened her fingers and made her flat. Without warning he had also felt a very strong killing intent. Shaping his right hand into a dagger, he instantly spun around and slashed at the figure that was behind him.

The sensation of his sharp hooves tearing apart the flesh was clearly felt, making him grin for pride in himself after thwarting the plans of the person who wanted to play tricks on his comrades. But when the fog began to fade and a figure that was himself firmly visible, Laura suddenly fell silent trembling.

The person he slashed was none other than Notmarina, his own partner. In the eyes of Ul’ma who saw the incident, the lieutenant looked like a rampaging person who suddenly turned around and slashed the neck of Notmarina who was walking towards him. In reality, what Laura felt was not so.

With blood dripping from the tip of her fingers, Laura fell silent and began to sink into guilt. It disappeared so quickly in his mind, he immediately turned towards Magda and said, “Bu-Not so! You saw himself trying to attack me,’kan?!”

“Grammu how?!” Ul’ma strongly denied, with wrath she said, “Notmarina just walked towards you and you attacked her!! You always have been! When your comrades are useless, you easily leave them!”

“I don't want to kill him!” Laura stared at Ul’ma with teary eyes, wanting her comrades to believe and come back reassuring, “I guess she's an enemy who wants to play tricks on us .... I was accidentally ...”

Ul’ma's body trembled in anger, he stared intently and said, “You killed your own comrade and said accidentally? What the fuck is that, you fuck ...”

Without hearing Laura's explanation further, Ul’ma was consumed by her emotions and immediately ran to attack. He clenched his fists and channeled Mana to increase the power of the punch. However, he did not know that the Mana active in the Realm where he was now would attack using him alone. What Ul’ma remembered in the previous incident was only until she lost her mind, she did not see Laura who fell sprawled because her magic circuit exploded with blood vessels.

Before the female fist of the braided hair landed her fist, the veins of her right hand exploded until they crushed her hand. The scattered bone fragments pierced his own eyes, making him lose his balance and fall down in front of Laura.

The back effects don't stop there. As if his magic circuit was contaminated with something extremely destructive, his broken blood vessels from his right shoulder continued to propagate all the way to his spine and destroy his marrow. With a little remaining consciousness, he reached out his left hand and held onto Laura's leg before her heartbeat completely stopped.

“Sialan .... What the fuck?” Laura immediately turned her head towards Magda, then loudly said, “Until when will you be like a snail?! Now there's only us being!”

In the empty place the voice suddenly resounded, “Confidence once you ...”

Magda trembled in fear, immediately drawing closer to Laura and holding her like a child. Signs of his faulty common sense began to show, he stuffed his thumb into his mouth and acted like a child. Aware of this, Laura was increasingly cornered. Cold sweat poured even though he was in a foggy place.
