Ariel pursed the beach with sandals in her hands. One hand checks the phone to wait for news and find out where Joel is.

The sound of the bib on Ariel's phone makes her immediately check the incoming message that turns out to be from Joel.

💬I saw you💬

Ariel circulated her gaze as soon as she finished reading the message from Joel. And that was when Ariel saw Joel waving his hand half-running towards her.

Joel returns with a buttonless shirt showing his muscular stomach. The same appearance when Ariel first met him.

"It's great to see you back here, Ariel," said Joel with a beaming face.

"You are the one who invited me here, Joel," Ariel reminded.

"Of course, I haven't forgotten that, and I'm so grateful you didn't reject my invitation" Joel said.

"Do you want a drink or do we go for a walk first,?" bargain Joel.

"I don't mind going around first" Ariel replied.

"Okay, before that, give this to me" said Joel as he took over the slippers in Ariel's hand.

"There is a very reliable daycare here, so you can leave these sandals quietly, as well as your other items if you want," said Joel.

Ariel lets Joel slip his sandals and bag in daycare and start walking along the beach.

"Have you ever surfed?" joel asked to open the room.

"No" answered Ariel.

"Have you ever wanted to practice?" ask Joel again.

"No," Ariel replied briefly.

"Everything?" joel asked half in disbelief.

Joel stopped his steps and turned to look at Ariel, waiting for her answer.

"Absolutely so," Ariel replied definitely.

"Why? Don't you like the beach?" ask Joel.

"Because I don't want to do it" replied Ariel. "I love the beach, but that doesn't mean I have to do that, right?" continued.

"Then let's do it!" take Joel. "I can teach you, and I'll be a good teacher to you" he continued.

After saying that, Joel pulled Ariel's hand and half ran to pick up her surf gear.

"Wait, Joel!" ariel said in their run.

"Come on! It'll be fun" said Joel, not stopping his run.

They stopped in front of two surf boards resting on a large rock.

Before Joel grabs the surf board, Ariel's hand first stops him.

"Wait, Joel! I told you I didn't want to play" protested Ariel.

"One time, Ariel," Joel said.

"I don't want to" Ariel refused.

"If you can't play, I can teach you" said Joel.

"That's not the reason" Ariel argued.

"Then why? You don't like getting wet?" guess Joel.

"Not so," replied Ariel.

"Then,?" ask Joel again.

"I,,, can't, can't, can't, swim, Joel" said Ariel softly as she let go of Joel's hand.

His face bowed with a tinge of red adorning his face, feeling ashamed.

Joel looked at Ariel who was looking down, stretched out her hand and placed two fingers on Ariel's chin to raise her face to look at her.

"Why didn't you say it in the first place?" ask Joel gently.

"I'm just-,,," Ariel turned her face away.

Joel laughed before again grabbing Ariel's chin and turning his face to meet her.

"Thank you for being open to me" said Joel, smiling. " I'm glad you did," he added.

"Aren't you ashamed?" ask Ariel plain.

"Ha ha ha, what do you think of Ariel? Why should I be ashamed?" greet Joel while lowering his hand from Ariel's chin.

"Because you're a surfing whiz, and that also proves you're also a good swimmer, and I'm not" Ariel said.

"Didn't everyone have their own advantages? Hemm?" ask Joel.

"Well, and you excel at many things" Ariel said.

"I don't excel at playing music like you, Ariel," Joel replied.

"But you have a better memory than me" replied Ariel.

"I guess, if you want to talk about how I can go faster than, Bram, I don't understand how that happens either. I just remember you and I can answer you just like that" Joel said.

"That's a bit exaggerated, you're talking like I'm important to you" Ariel said.

"You are important to me, Ariel" Joel replied.

Ariel looked into Joel's eyes. Not knowing what happened, his heart warmed up again at the actions Joel had done for him.

"So, do you still want to surf? I don't mind waiting here" Ariel said.

"Hemmm,," murmured Joel putting two fingers on his chin. "I originally wanted to surf with you, but now I'm changing my plans" Joel said.

"Do you want a drink,?" bargain Joel.

"There's a young coconut shop not far from here" he added.

"It looks good, and it's very fitting because today's weather is quite hot," Ariel said.

Joel smiled and reached out his hand which Ariel immediately greeted with a fluffy smile.

"What's up," asked Joel as Ariel stopped stepping.

Ariel narrowed her eyes for a moment then widened in the next second looking at what her eyes were catching.

"Joel, look there" cried Ariel pointing to a spot on the high seas.

Joel directed his hand towards the direction Ariel pointed at, narrowing his eyes.

"What do you see?" joel asked still looking for what Ariel meant.

"Isn't anyone there? He looks weird" Ariel said. "Is he okay?" coined.

Joel focused his eyes, and the next second saw what Ariel saw.

"The man was drowning" said Joel, surprised.

"I will help him" he continued, releasing Ariel's hand and intending to plunge into the sea to save the man.

"Wait, Joel,! Let's just call the coast guard" Ariel said.

"There are no guards here, they are patrolling elsewhere" Joel said.

"But what if something happens to you?" welcome Ariel worry.

"I have to keep helping her, Ariel" Joel replied.

"We will only run out of time if we call the coast guard" Joel said.

"But_,,,"

"I'll come back as much as I can" promised Joel.

Joel put his palm on Ariel's face and smiled looking at the worry in her eyes.

"I LOVE YOU ARIEL,"

The expression of joel who was thrown away before he threw himself in the sea to help people who were drowning made Ariel widen his eyes.

"What do you mean, Joelll?" exclaiming Ariel.

Ariel's voice just evaporated in the air. Joel was no longer visible after his body was swallowed by the waves.

"I hope he's okay" Ariel said.

Ariel put together the palm of her tag and closed her eyes. His body was resting on the sand, while his eyes continued to look at the place where he had last seen Joel.

30 Minutes passed. . . .

Without realizing it, Ariel's tears rolling waiting with Joel's anxiety that never appeared.

"Excuse me, miss?"

A voice rang out behind Ariel making her turn around with puffy eyes.

"Is the man who saves the drowning man your friend?" ask a man in a lifeguard's outfit.

Ariel simply nodded silently and wiped her tears.

"He's fine, and now he's in our medical room because he ran out of oxygen" he explained.

"Let me take you there" the man bargained.

Ariel followed the man silently towards the medical room that the man was referring to. His heart continued to be filled with feelings of worry until his eyes again saw a figure that was very familiar to him.

Regardless of the surroundings, Ariel ran over to the joel and rushed into his arms.

"A-A-Ariel,," greeted Joel in shock.

Joel's face that depicted shock and happiness at the same time gently returned Ariel's embrace. Tears rolled back over Joel's shoulders.

"Sshh,, I'm fine, Ariel," comfort Joel rubbing Ariel's head gently.

Ariel pulls her body and hits Joel's chest,

"Stupid,,!!! You're scaring me," joked Ariel raucously.

"Sshh, relax, I'm fine. And the one I helped survived, too" said Joel, wiping Ariel's tears with his thumb.

"Are you really okay?" ask Ariel to make sure.

"Well, I ran out of oxygen, but they came in time and saved me" Joel said.

"We're very sorry this happened, miss. But we are also very grateful to Mr. Joel who acted quickly by rescuing the drowning victims" said a lifeguard.

When itula Ariel only realized where she was, then circulated her gaze.

People are looking at it and smiling.

Ariel's face met red when she realized she was still hugging Joel.

Resisting her embarrassment, Ariel let go of her embrace and lowered her head. Turned his face away from Joel.

Joel again smiled with Ariel's behavior and immediately resigned his resignation after the introration process was completed.

His hand clasped Ariel's hand and immediately pulled her out towards the shore with a large rock near them.

"Do you want to go home, Ariel?" joel asked breaking the silence.

Ariel turned to look at Joel who was looking towards the sea. Look at the sunset.

"I'll be sorry if I miss this" Ariel replied, directing her gaze towards the sunset.

"Well, time seems to pass very quickly. I've only been with you for a while, and now it's almost time to part ways because you have to go home" said Joel, sighing.

"I heard, there's a bonfire tonight" Ariel said.

"Will you follow the show with me? At least to replace the time wasted today," said Joel.

"But you've just been_,,,"

"I'm fine, even the doctors themselves say I'm fine" Joel said.

"Alright, but you have to promise to tell me if you feel bad about your body" Ariel said.

"I promise" said Joel.

Ariel nodded in agreement which Joel greeted with a happy cheer.

They again enjoy the sunset, as well as to spend time waiting for the bonfire to start.
