I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU

I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU
90. A bad meeting

"Are you planning to destroy our group by including this woman to play with us?" marc said cynically.

"He's just come, whereas we've been practicing for a few weeks maybe even months just for this show, do you think he can keep up with us?" keep Marc.

"If you want us destroyed, then just do it" he added.

The atmosphere turned tense. Albert's face even turned pale after hearing what Marc said to Ariel. When Albert was about to say something, one of them got up from his seat, then looked at Marc.

"Your words were too rough, Marc," said John.

He turned to Ariel with an apologetic look.

"Please forgive him, he didn't mean to_,,,"

"Your circus voice has been noticed from the moment I came here" Ariel cut, leaving John speechless. "Is that the best word you can say to me?" coined.

"Savuage [[Jala*]],!" Marc scoffs using French.

"MARCC,," jolted Albert.

"Dragon's talking to you" said Albert, grouching in annoyance.

"What?" her lips with a cynical face. " He won't even know what I'm saying" he continued.

"He_,,"

"Albert," cut Ariel who immediately shook her head as Albert looked at her.

"What did you say about him?" Joel growled in annoyance and gave Marc a sharp look.

"Ha ha ha you don't even know what that means, why you got pissed?" said Marc cynically.

"I don't know, but I can tell it's not a good thing from the way you say it" Joel said.

"Shhh, Joel, let it go" whispered Ariel.

"But I feel like they insult you" Joel replied annoyedly. "You didn't come all the way here to be insulted, do you think I could take it?" furious Joel.

"Then tell me! What do you think I said?" challenge Marc.

"Hey, please stop! Why are you guys fighting? Even this is the first meeting," interrupted Edgar broke up .

Those who were silent began to speak up, appease Marc and apologize to Ariel and Joel.

"Now what? Do you all agree that this woman is playing?" ask Marc.

"Your attitude actually feels very underestimating before you know for sure how he is, Marc," said Dennis.

"Don't lick your own spit" Abel said.

"If Albert's so trusting of Ariel, why don't we?" welcome Edgar.

"Well, then, let's see how far he'll trample our faces" Marc snorted.

"She also didn't have the opportunity to practice because the piano had been moved there, would she be able to play without practicing?" timpal Marius is no less cynical.

"Then show me your game" said Ariel.

"Curtainly, as if you would be able to do it just by watching us train" said Marius.

"What if I can do it?" challenge Ariel with a calm voice.

"You're just lucky to have almost the same name as our idol, but that doesn't mean you have the same ability" Marc said.

"Your idol?" reset Ariel. Frowning him.

"Although he never showed his face in front of the camera, but the game was amazing by turning his back on the camera," explained John interjected.

"And she's a woman?" ask Ariel.

"really. We only heard the sound of music being played by her, but never saw her face" Brice interjected.

"Oh, so because of this you're afraid to play in front of me?" ariel tries to provoke Marc.

"Why should I be afraid of a woman like you?" grunts Marc.

"But you refuse to play," Ariel answered raising both of her shoulders casually.

"Well, let's play" replied Marc.

Albert stood with a confused face, feeling like he had failed to control the situation in front of him.

"What about the others?" ariel asked for an answer.

"Okay" replied John.

They looked at each other for a while, then nodded in agreement to play the song they were going to play at the show tomorrow night.

Joel stood beside Ariel and looked at them with an annoyed look.

"You look at them like you want to kill them, are you aware of that?" ariel's reprimand whispered as she thrust her elbow into Joel's stomach.

"Why are they acting so thick?" joel was upset.

"Will I tell you why after this, so don't put on your pesky face now, okay Bunny?" ariel blinked one eye.

"Well, just because you asked for it" replied Joel.

At first glance, Joel puts on a thin smile at the corner of his lips, noticing Ariel who is now changing focus as their music game begins.

Undeniably, Joel was amazed by their game. Their compactness feels very thick, filling and complementing each other with different musical instruments from their hands, but it also feels very pleasant and soothing at the same time.

'Woww,,,, they play so well, all their emotions they really put into the instrument they play. And this song seems like a song they created themselves, Ariel's inner self was amazed by their play.

The sound of applause echoed right after they ended their game. Many people gathered to look at them with astonished gazes, even they did not hesitate to put a lot of money in the cello suitcase that was still open.

They regrouped and looked at Ariel as if asking for an opinion.

"From the number of people who see you, also cheering because of it, of course you know what that means" Ariel said.

"Of course" replied Marc proudly.

"We're training really hard for this, and if you screw it up, it's the same you kill us" Marius said.

"Where exactly are we meeting tomorrow?" asked Ariel began to feel bored with the attitude of Marc and Marius.

"It's ten o'clock at night, to be exact" Darrel said.

"Well, I'll see you there tomorrow" Ariel said.

Ariel bowed her body and hurried away leaving them. Ignoring the scorn that was back on Marc.

"The woman sucks, she talks like it's easy" Marc growled.

"Of course, we'll focus on tomorrow" John said.

"You say that because you like it, don't you?" cycad Marius.

"She's beautiful, but I'd hate her if she screwed up our show tomorrow" Marc said.

John only let out a long sigh, but did not deny what Marc said.

Albert looked at his friends in turn. Actually this was also his fault for taking Ariel for granted and it was very sudden. And Ariel also comes when the day of his performance is only just counting hours.

However, for some reason he felt very confident that Ariel could do it and would not mess anything up.

Meanwhile, Ariel put her finger on Joel's finger. Take it with a little force to stay away from Albert's team.

"Tell me what he said about you!" pinta Joel with a serious face.

"Come, Joel!" lamented Ariel. "Can't we just enjoy our time together?" continued.

"Don't you say our main goal is to take a vacation? Or are you going to cancel it just because of one nuisance from a shitty person?" said Ariel lowering her lips, immediately stopped her steps and released Joel's hand.

"Hey, it's not like that" Joel said softly and then grabbed Ariel's hand. "Don't put a face like this" he added while tucking hair behind Ariel's ears.

"I just don't like the way he talks to you" Joel said.

"Not everyone will welcome us, Joel,"

"It happens in the music world too. Underestimating, dropping, insulting is also proud, it's the thing that will happen wherever your feet stand," said Ariel calmly.

"And I'm also sure, you also experience the same thing, but under different circumstances" he added.

"That, that's, it's true, it's just, it's, me, it's,,,"

Joel is running out of words to say. What Ariel said was indeed true, even completely true. He also felt it when people doubted his medical ability.

At the same time, Joel was amazed by the way Ariel faced them, his strength did not waver in the slightest.

"Are we going to spend some time here? Or are we gonna take a walk before we get back to the hotel?" ask Ariel.

"Is it a place you want to go?" joel replied asking.

"I want to go to the Musee d'Orsay" replied Ariel with sparkling eyes.

"Hmmm, what is that place?" Joel frowned.

"It was a museum located on the banks of the Seine river in the Vll arrondissement. The museum houses French art from 1848-1914. Such as paintings, sculptures, meubles, d'art objects, and photography,"

"And you know what's interesting?" ariel was enthusiastic.

Joel raised his eyebrows curiously.

"Orsay was once a station. Many people call it a former station that is conjured into a museum, and has famous artworks, especially impressionist paintings such as Van Gogh's," explained Ariel at length.

Joel smiled at how much his lover valued art, even to know the details about the place associated with art.

"Then, that's our goal" said Joel.

"Really?" Ariel looked at Joel with a look of disbelief.

"Of course, I became curious as to what the place was like after hearing your story," Joel replied.

"Then, in return, the day after tomorrow will be a full day for you," Ariel greeted with a happy smile as she hugged Joel.

"Why?" joel asked confusedly.

"I've arranged a trip to Belharra beach" Ariel replied in her arms.

"Belharra?" reload Joel frowned.

"The beach is located in Saint Jean de Luz, in the northern Basque Country in the bay of Biscay" Ariel said.

"You mean, the beach famous for its high waves that only come a few times a year? Is that the beach?" joel asked widening his eyes in disbelief.

"Absolutely. What say?" reply Ariel grinned. "And I also heard the day after tomorrow is when the waves will appear" he explained.

Joel was glued to his place, looking at his lover's face with a look of disbelief. It was as if what he had just heard was a dream.

"Joel,,?" call Ariel was-was.

"Didn't you like it? We can go somewhere else, no matter where it is," said Ariel slowly considers Joel's reaction because he does not like the plan.

Without warning, Joel pulls Ariel into his arms, thanking her for the number of times that made Ariel laugh. They did not realize there was a pair of eyes watching the two of them with dislike gazes, then threw away his face and left the place.

In another corner....

The sky has turned orange. A calm river flow stretched out in front of a man sitting in the chair provided there.

"I've got it, sir,"

The voice of another man in a polite tone made the man sitting by the river turn his head.

"Ah, thank you, Sam," she smiled.

'Why does it feel like Mr Bram is back moody? What happens when I go buy a ticket?"' inner Sam.
