Both Ken and Charlie looked at each other. Questioning the same thing.

"Ken, you even brought him a drink, did you forget about it?" ariel turned to Ken.

"I,,, don't remember it at all" replied Ken lowered his head. "I just remember Joel and Bram's sister" he added.

"What a compact," Ariel quipped.

Ariel looked at the two of them in turn, then laughed.

"I don't know how to call it, it's a coincidence that's too surprising" Ariel said.

Charlie invites Ariel to sit down and get her a toast he made.

Unknowingly, Ken also took a seat, bringing up a sharp frown on Charlie's forehead.

Charlie rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. Ken was silent. Rethinking all of her attitudes during her stay with Charlie.

Both Charlie and Ariel returned to chat, even as Ariel finished her meal, Ken immediately cleaned up all the utensils and washed them, including Charlie's cutlery.

Until, Ariel's cell phone ring interrupted them, making them stop the running conversation.

"Wait a minute" Ariel said as she pulled the phone out of her pants pocket.

"Yes?" greet Ariel.

"Alright, I'm out now" Ariel replied again.

A moment after Ariel ended her call, Charlie looked at her with an ignorant look.

"Hooo, how close are you to Joel now?" charlie Goda.

"You're a bad friend if you don't know that Ariel's sister and Joel's sister are lovers" Ken said.

"Heee,, really? And you didn't tell me anything?" greet Charlie.

"That's because he asked for it himself, he just didn't want our relationship to change another relationship that was already established" explained Ariel.

"Ahh, I see, it has to do with Bram," Charlie replied nodding his head.

"Thank you so much for today, Charlie. I really enjoyed eating with you both" Ariel said.

Charlie drives Ariel to her house, where Joel's car is waiting.

"Honestly, I'm so happy that he came back smiling like that, and it's all thanks to you" Charlie said sincerely.

"I'm also very grateful that my brother helped improve our relationship" Ken said.

Charlie looked at Ken quickly. His face was different from before. A brief chat with Ariel today, accidentally opens Ken's heart that he does care about Charlie, his only older sister, including the only family that supports him.

"I don't know for sure what I'm doing, but I can feel the affection that is intertwined in your relationship even though it still feels new" said Ariel.

"Well, I won't hold you back much longer, go, he's waiting for you" teased Charlie as he glanced at Joel.

"All right, see you later, Charlie, Ken," Ariel stared at them in turn.

"See you later, and have fun" Charlie and Ken welcome.

Ariel laughed again at their behavior, then turned around and left their house to Joel's car that was waiting for him.

Both Charlie and Ken get back inside the house after Joel's car leaves with Ken in the back. He looked at Charlie's back with guilt. When Ken closed the door, he opened his voice again.

"I didn't do anything to him, really,"

Ken's sudden words managed to make Charlie stop, then turned to look at Ken with raised eyebrows.

"A woman suggested it, and I foolishly accepted her offer. But, I swear I didn't know anything about the drug, he just said he wanted to help me get it, then give me the rest of the cure,"

"I was even surprised when I heard the drug had side effects. I really didn't do anything to her, I mean_,, it was almost, but I really didn't,"

"Please, trust me this one time, brother. I'm sorry,"

Ken said it all in a stout voice, and was full of regret. One word that surprised Charlie so much was, Ken called him 'KAK' .

"Do you love, Ariel?" ask Charlie.

Ken lowered his head, then nodded slowly.

"But I know it's not me that he loves, and I can take it now" said Ken Lirih.

"What made you change your mind?" ask Charlie again.

"Sister Ariel said the thing that made me realize it" Ken replied, still bowing his head.

"Then, who's that woman?" ask Charlie.

"I don't know her, but she knows Ariel's sister. And now I also realize the woman hates Ariel's sister," Ken said, raising his face, making their eyes meet each other.

Charlie sees honesty in Ken's eyes, but still has not responded to the confession Ken said.

"I'm telling you the truth, what should I do to make you believe me?" ken is desperate.

Charlie smiled, then hugged the sister with a warm hug. At first, Ken was shocked, but a moment later he felt a family wonder that he had never felt.

"I believe you" Charlie said in Ken's ear.

Joel has just been discharged from the hospital after checking his discharge schedule. He came to the hospital after driving Ariel to Charlie's house this morning. And plan to pick him up after the hospital business is over.

Joel ends his call and waits in the car when he sees Charlie, and Ken drives Ariel to the front of the house.

They say something Joel doesn't hear, but one big question is on his mind.

'Why is Ken there?'

Ariel gets into her car after waving to Charlie and Ken.
