A few days after the incident, Ken became more quiet and avoided Ariel while he was training. Even he had ditched training just because he did not want to meet with Ariel for a while.
Just like that afternoon, Ken seemed in a hurry to get out of the training room immediately after the training hours were over. Unlike usual who will ask for additional hours of exercise and go home when it is dark.
"Wait a minute, Ken!" prevent Ariel from stopping Ken's footsteps toward the door.
'Ukh, now what?' ken complained inwardly, closing his eyes for a moment before turning his body to face Ariel.
"Yes brother?" sahut Ken forced a smile on his face.
"Can you hold off for a minute on your return?" ariel Pinta.
"Ehm, a-did I make a mistake?" ask Ken nervously.
Ariel frowned, feeling that Ken's attitude had changed strangely since returning home from the show. Ken was always impressed to avoid it, even avoiding his gaze.
"No, just some questions you need to answer" Ariel replied.
"T-but_,,,"
Ken ventured to raise his face and looked at Ariel, but immediately looked down again.
"Haahhh,," said Ariel. "I understand, you can go home. Sorry to have arrested you," he continued.
Without saying much more, Ken immediately sauntered away. Leaving confusion in Ariel's mind.
"What really happened back then? Did I make a mistake? Did I accidentally embarrass him in public? Why is it so hard to remember what happened that night?" ariel's murmur pressed against his temple.
Ariel again sighed softly, while tidying up her things. While Ken stood for a few moments at the door, feeling very guilty for his actions, he also did not dare to be honest.
Ken waltzed away, leaving the only place that used to make him smile. The place that usually made him want to linger there, now turned into a place that he wanted to avoid.
Stepping unsteadily away from the training ground, Ken prepares to hail a taxi as a car approaches him. The car's glass was lowered to show a woman wearing sunglasses and a face cover turned towards her.
"Good!" his orders.
Hearing the woman's voice, Ken choked and immediately went up without a fight. The car just left with Ken.
"You gave up the opportunity I gave you" he said, cynically breaking the silence.
"I don't want to use it that way" replied Ken slowly.
"Coward," he sneered.
"I don't care, at least I didn't become a baj*ngan," Ken replied firmly.
"Curtain, you know he won't love you, right? Do you also know that she has been in a relationship with someone else?" angled.
"I know, and I saw it, too" replied Ken.
"And you're gonna let him? When you can take it?"
"You knew him first when compared to him, you were with him longer, why should you give up?"
"While he is, if you want to know, he's the one who hit him and left him unable to walk for a few days,"
"WHATAA,,,??" exclaimed Ken surprised immediately turned his body to face the woman who was driving the car.
"You're a fool to let go of the person you love with the person who hurt him,"
The woman continues to speak out to provoke Ken, hoping to manipulate his mind.
A moment later, a small smile fell on the woman's lips behind her cover when she saw the anger on Ken's face.
"Down me at the front stop" said Ken, turning his face away.
The intonation in her voice changed, her eyes were all angry, and Ken stopped right on the road Ariel used to walk on when she came home.
Without saying much, the woman pulled over her car, let Ken down, and left immediately.
The woman smiled in satisfaction, muttering softly without taking off her sunglasses.
"Joel is only mine, I just need to ruin their relationship to be able to get Joel. If that's still not enough, I just need to get rid of him" he said with a grin on his face.
While Ken waits, he keeps an eye on the direction of the road where Ariel would normally pass. However, when Ariel's car is seen, the car actually turns in a direction that is clearly not towards Ariel's apartment.
It makes Ken angry, and immediately follow Ariel using a taxi.
"What the fuck?" hiss Ken.
Ken saw Ariel stop in front of the hospital, where Joel had been waiting. Ariel gets out of the car and switches to the passenger side, letting Joel take over driving the car.
"Sister Ariel even let someone else drive her car" Ken muttered softly.
"Road," Ken told the taxi driver.
Ken decides to go home, not wanting to see any longer when Ariel is with Joel.
Arriving home, which of course was empty, Ken went straight to his room, not forgetting he locked the door, and threw his body on the bed.
"Why does Ariel look so happy when she is with him?" Ken muttered.
"Every time I see that person, I always feel like there is a memory missing from my memory. It was a long time ago, my friend Ariel came and there were three people, two men and one more, who? Is it a man or a woman?" muttered.
"Why can't I remember it at all? Though it seemed like that person also came during my first show, it meant that I met not only once, but I completely forgot about it,"
Ken kept talking to himself. His eyes glared, trying to remember the missing pieces of memory but always failing.
His hand was fingered beside his bed, taking out a photo of Ariel he had always kept under his pillow since he felt Charlie could just walk into his room at any moment.
He began to feel the photo in his hand, stroking Ariel's smiling face gently facing the camera. Her hand turned to feel her lips, recalling the first time she could feel Ariel's lips.
"If Ariel's sister finds out, will she hate me?" lirih.
"From all the possibilities that can happen, I really don't want the possibility that Ariel's sister hates me, I really don't want that" she lamented.
"Who exactly is that woman? Why would he help me? And why did all the roads she chose for me feel wrong?" ken said as he remembered the woman who had met him.
Think hard who is the woman who suggested to give Abrodisisk medicine to Ariel so that she can have Ariel completely.
And he foolishly agreed, because Ken brought Ariel to a business event held by his family, who had previously urged him to come. Under the pretext of his family who always tried to embarrass himself in front of everyone, he asked Ariel for help to accompany him. He himself can face it.
The plan went very smoothly, coupled with unexpected people who approached Ariel that night added to the perfection of the plan he had arranged.
"Aargghh,,, Sh*it,,,!" as if Ken was ruffling his hair.
Geck,,,
Geck,,
Geck,,,,, tak,,,,
The sound of knocking on the door shocked Ken, and he quickly hid Ariel's photo.
"Ken, I bought you some food, don't you mind us eating together? After this I have to leave again because of overtime,"
Charlie's voice rang out from behind the door, sounding soft and showing genuine affection.
"I'll be right down" greeted Ken half-screaming so Charlie could hear him.
"All right,"
Silent,,,,
After saying that, Charlie's voice disappeared, Ken immediately changed his clothes and immediately went down, meeting Charlie for a meal together.
"I'm sorry, I don't have much time to cook for you, '" Charlie regretted giving Ken the food he bought..
"It's even better than what the waiter is offering" Ken said.
The movement of Charlie's hand that was about to bribe his mouth food stopped immediately, he looked at the younger brother with a look of disbelief. For the first time he heard his brother speak.
"Is that so?" reply Charlie raised his eyebrows.
"I'm flattered," he added.
Silence,,,!!!
Ken began to bribe his food, occasionally glancing towards Charlie who looked calm enjoying the food in front of him. His eye bags were very clear, and his face looked tired, but Charlie still ate with him.
"Thank you" said Ken suddenly.
"Uhukk,, ehem, " Charlie patted his chest as he grabbed the water and sipped it.
"What?" Charlie raised his eyebrows, wanting to ascertain whether he had misheard or not.
"You bought me a cello, I thank you for that" Ken said.
"Ahh,, that, do you like it?" charlie asked, trying to keep in touch with his sister.
Because, as long as his sister lives with him, can be counted how many words his sister said to him.
"Well, I like it. It was even on the stel very well. Did you ask the store owner to set it up?" ken asked, starting to raise his face, looking at Charlie.
"No, but my friend did it" replied Charlie.
In his heart he was amazed by the many words his sister had spoken to him.
"Do you have a friend who can play music?" welcome Ken to be a little surprised.
"Well, you could say he's very good at music" Charlie replied proudly.
"I can introduce him to you if you want, maybe you will get along quickly because your likes are the same," Charlie smiled.
"Don't that mean he's your age too?" welcome Ken to narrow his eyes.
"Hey, what does your face mean. She's older than you, but she's beautiful, not even if we're the same age. No one would have expected to see her figure in person and when she mentioned her age" Charlie said.
"When you yourself are also a woman, but you admire other women" Ken sneered.
"You said that because you haven't seen it, just try it, once you see it you will definitely agree with what I said," Charlie replied smilingly.
Charlie finishes his meal, and prepares to clean up the cutlery he uses, but Ken quickly prevents it.
"Leave it, I'll take care of it. Didn't you say you were leaving again?" ken said without looking at Charlie.
For a moment, Charlie was silent. Staring at the figure of the younger brother in front of him who suddenly changed. But he did not want the moment to turn stiff as before, until he only obeyed the wishes of his sister.
"All right, please! I'm leaving, " Charlie said.
Ken stared at the brother's back in the police uniform attached to his body. The back that stood in front of him when he was fed up with his own family.
"Ah," Charlie stopped in front of the door and turned around.
"If you want to go out tonight, make sure you don't come home too late" Charlie said.
"I know" said Ken.
Charlie smiled, and turned to face the door again, opened it and left.
While Ken looked pensive, he thought back to all of the attitudes he had shown Charlie.
Wreak all emotions on people he even just met. Charlie pulls her away from the house, which has kept her claustrophobic, and tries hard to protect her.
"Haahh,, I would love to tell this to Brother Ariel. Brother always knew what I should do, but now I don't even dare to look at him" Ken sighed.
Sighing for the umpteenth time, Ken immediately cleaned the dining table and washed the tableware that he and his brother used. Finished with that, he returned to his room
