I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU

I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU
80. Fall Sick

Joel cried out in panic when suddenly Ariel drooped in his arms.

His body was shivering as if it was cold, yet his body temperature was high hot. His face turned pale.

"Hey, Ariell," Joel patted Ariel softly on the cheek, but gave no reaction.

Immediately he lifted Ariel's body and took her to the room, laid her on the bed and covered her.

Joel looked at Ariel's room where beside her there were many traces of tissue, and also a glass filled with water that was almost exhausted. His phone was placed on the bed upside down and slightly covered with a pillow.

'Since when did he get sick?' inner Joel.

He hurried to fetch some water and a small towel to compress, his hand also checking his pulse. Done with that, Joel pulled out his phone, then contacted someone.

"Sorry to call you all of a sudden, but can you deliver me some cold and flu medicine? I'll send you the location" Joel said.

Every now and then his eyes glanced at Ariel who looked shivering, and let out a lot of sweat.

"By pleasure, is there anything else I should bring you, doctor?" joel's voice asked again.

"One set of infusions, that's it," Joel replied.

"Well, I'll be as soon as possible to get there" he replied politely.

Joel ends his call and returns to Ariel. His hand reached for the towel he had placed on Ariel. Repeatedly dipping it into the water and squeezing it, then put Ariel back on his forehead again.

"How can you have a high fever like this?" hiss Joel is between worry and self-blame.

Joel leaves Ariel to wait for the medicine to be delivered by the nurse who always accompanies him below. His hands continued to move impatiently when what he was waiting for did not come.

"Sorry doctor, make you wait, this is what you asked for,"

A woman still in nurse's clothes approached Joel, who was waiting in Ariel's apartment. He handed a medical bag to Joel who immediately received it with a relieved face.

"Thank you, I was very helpful" said Joel.

"Then I say good to go back to the hospital" said the nurse.

"Yes, thank you again" said Joel.

"It's no problem, doctor. I'm glad I could help you" he said.

The nurse got back in the car and left.

Joel rushes back up to Ariel's apartment and heads to her room. He put an infusion and injected drugs into Ariel's body.

The cloth compresses him and leaves the room to the kitchen.

"How could he not be sick if he only ate this" Joel grumbled at the sight of a bowl of cereal that Ariel had not eaten, and there was no sign of Ariel making anything or ordering food outside.

"She just didn't eat right" he added.

Joel starts opening each cupboard to see what materials are in it, hoping that there is a little material to make something.

Potatoes, eggs, fillets and paterseli. Joel placed all the ingredients on the counter table, turned on the stove to steam the potatoes he had peeled and washed them off before.

He also cut some onions and paterseli into fine pieces. Potatoes that have matured he mashed with a mixture of eggs, and switch to sauteing onions with a little oil.

Insert small pieces of fillet that have been boiled for a while, and include potatoes that have been crushed and broth water to make the texture of the food becomes more liquid.

After feeling all had matured perfectly, he sprinkled paterseli on it.

Joel immediately washed his hands and returned to Ariel's room to see how she was doing. He placed the back of his hand on Ariel's cheek, and did not feel any change.

Carefully, Joel pulled the chair not far from him to sit beside the bed. His hand held Ariel's hand, then kissed her gently.

"Wake up, Sweety, please," said Joel.

The arrival of Gerry who became Ariel's friend to Ariel's training room slightly surprised Ken. He thinks it's not something that happens. However, Ken is more surprised when Gerry says Ariel is ill and cannot train.

"You can keep practicing, just please stick to the rules. Because whatever happened today remains his responsibility even though Ariel did not come" Gerry said.

"Okay" they answered.

"It is fitting that Ariel's sister still hasn't come until now" murmured one of them.

"Wanna visit him?" bring the others.

"Do you know where Ariel's sister lives?" timpal's another friend.

"No, but maybe Ken knows something" he replied, glancing at the dreamy Ken.

'Is brother okay? What pain? A few days ago I just felt like my brother had a mild flu, and I don't think that's a big deal. I still can't say hello to Ariel until now. Should I go there? But what if Ariel's sister is mad at me?'

The long debate went on in Ken's mind, until he did not hear his friends repeatedly calling his name.

"Hey!! KEN!!" one of them shakes Ken's shoulder.

"What's wrong with you?" tanyakanya.

"Obviously your mind is not here, still trying to dodge" he grumbled.

"Do you know where Ariel's sister lives?" tanyakanya.

"I know, why?" ken replied asking.

"Can we ask for his address? Or you're driving us there. We'd like to visit once to see him" they asked.

"Why don't you ask Gerry's coach" advises Ken.

"I know, but if you know the address, we're more comfortable asking you, too" he replied.

"It's only you who's close to Ariel's sister, besides Oliver and Gina of course. But Gina and Oliver aren't here" the others said.

"Are you sure Ariel's sister would like your idea by visiting together like that?" ask Ken.

Ken's question left them speechless and thinking for a moment. They knew Ariel as a strict person. Although it was rare to see him angry, but when angry no one dared to raise his face to look at Ariel.

"For so long, Ariel's sister was just really angry because someone made a mistake, we just visited her because she got sick news, I'm sure Ariel won't be angry," one of them opened a voice that was immediately approved by the other.

"I'm not saying that you're going to be angry, but I'm asking if you're sure Ariel's sister will like it?" repeat Ken.

"I'm not so sure, but if our arrival makes Ariel uncomfortable, I'll leave. So I want to keep visiting Brother Ariel," he replied firmly.

Ken only took a deep breath, and agreed to take them later in the afternoon at the break of their training schedule.

Ken explained that Ariel only this morning said she was not feeling well, and of course would need a break, on the grounds that it was enough to make them nod their heads in understanding and not urge to go there immediately.

They continue their training, but not Ken. His mind was on Ariel. He also continues to blame himself if he remembers the incident on the night a few days ago.

He continues to avoid Ariel even when Ariel approaches him, or just wants to ask something Ken continues to avoid.

'I'd rather apologize than keep on being agitated like this, and make Brother Ariel think brother made a mistake until I avoided him. It was me who made a mistake. The advice from Brother Joel also makes a lot of sense, ' Ken's inner self.

Ken tries to distract her and starts playing the cello in her hand. Practice with his friends without Ariel who used to accompany them.

The gentle touch in Ariel's hand made her slowly open her eyes, wondering who was holding her hand.

Opening her eyes, Ariel looked around and realized she was still in her room.

'Am I the only one who met Joel a dream?' inner Ariel.

However, moments later, he realized something was sticking to his forehead, and was stunned when he saw that his wrist had been plugged by an infusion.

Joel fell asleep with his head on his bed, facing him.

"Didn't you sleep all night? You look tired" said Ariel slowly.

His tag moved to touch Joel's cheek, his gentle movements actually made Joel wake up and straighten his body when he saw Ariel staring at him.

"Are you awake?" welcome Joel to relief.

"Sorry, I woke you up" Ariel said.

"I just hope you do it" said Joel smiling.

Joel's hand reached for the compress towel on Ariel, but he felt Ariel's body temperature was still unchanged.

"Your fever hasn't come down yet, let's go to the hospital, shall we?" persuade Joel.

Ariel gave a feebly groan, feeling her gaze turn again.

"I don't want to go there" he replied.

"Then, eat first, and take the medicine, wait a minute," said Joel immediately got up from his seat and went out of the room.

Moments later, Joel returns with a tray filled with a bowl and a glass of water, as well as some medicine.

"I made this before you woke up, eat a little, though" Joel said.

Joel helps Ariel sit down and puts a pillow on Ariel's back to lean on. While Ariel continued to stare at Joel who treated her with great care.

"Why don't you go home?" ask Ariel.

"I don't want to go home without doing anything, I want to explain it to you first" Joel replied, starting to feed Ariel.

"But I didn't even open the door for you, why did you have to wait all night?" ask Ariel again.

"Because I don't want to lose you," Joel replied looking at Ariel's bead with earnestness.

Ariel was silent for a while, touched by Joel's revelation to her. A second later, he smiled.

"To be honest, I've forgiven you,"
