The night elsewhere, though,
Ken had just walked into the house when suddenly a pair of hands grabbed him by the collar, and pushed him violently against the wall without letting go of his hands.
'BRRUUGHH,,,,,!!!!'
'Ukh,, who is this?' inner Ke grimaced feeling the energy that was pushing him quite strongly.
"What do you mean keep that medicine in your room, Ken?"
A heavy and pressing sound came out of Charlie's mouth clutching the collar of his sister's shirt.
Ken was stuck with the question of the brother as if he had been caught doing illegal things.
'Where does he know about medicine?' inner Ken is restless.
"ANSWER,,,!!" snapped Charlie.
"Are you using that drug?" ask Charlie again.
"Why should you care about what I do?" answer Ken flat.
"You,," Charlie's hiss widened his eyes restraining anger.
"Because you're my brother" Charlie replied.
"We didn't even know each other last year" snorted Ken over Charlie's hand.
"ENOUGH,,,!!!" hardik Charlie again grabbed Ken's collar.
"You're acting all grown-up with your flat attitude. It just shows more of the childish side in you. Do you think acting like an adult like that can make you overcome the problems you face? are you also aware, your attitude actually hurts the people around you where he is always on your side" Charlie said.
"Drunken? Some medicine? Thenwhat? Do you also intend to become a waji*ngan by giving the drug to your target?" beat Charlie again.
For the first time Ken saw a great fury in the eyes of the elder brother, the eyes that had been staring warmly at him turned one hundred and eighty degrees.
The eyes he could not recognize. The anger that was clearly in his eyes, and every word Charlie spoke pierced his heart. In his heart he confessed everything Charlie said to him, but his tongue felt twisted.
"If I hear a case about you related to that drug, I won't defend you. It's your fault and you're the one who has to bear it yourself. Even if you're my brother, I won't ignore what a fair attitude is,"
After saying that, Charlie let go of his hand violently and entered his room.
'BAAMM,,,,,!!!!'
The sound of the door closing violently rang out after Charlie entered. His body slumped and rested on the floor, leaning against the door.
"What do I do now?" charlie muttered face down on his knee.
Her tears began to seep out.
"Ariel, how could it be? Why does it have to be like this? What did Ken do to you?"
Charlie recalls the moment he went into Ken's room.
At first he was surprised because Ken was not home yet, and wanted to check his room. However, Ken's room was empty.
As he was about to get out, something behind the pillow caught his attention, until he finally decided to see what was behind it.
"Ariel," Charlie sizzles when he sees a photo of Ariel with Ken.
The photo was clearly on the music show, and he didn't think much of it because he thought it might be Ariel who trained him and Ken admired him.
Encouraged by curiosity, Charlie looks for anything that can help answer the questions in his mind. When he finds a cure in Ken's desk drawer, his anger overflows.
Medications that contain high doses of aphrodisiacs are in them. It made him remember about Joel who said Ariel was involved in problems related to the drug.
Joel also explains how Ariel got involved. And that was because Ariel was helping the disciple he was training.
Charlie exhaled violently, his head leaning against the door.
"I hope it's not what I thought it was, I hope the reason Ariel's photo was there was just because Ken was amazed at her" Charlie muttered.
How many times did Charlie try to brush off about it, still he couldn't stop thinking about it.
He grabbed his phone and contacted Ariel, deciding to take a very risky step by asking Ariel to come to his house.
Meanwhile, Ken walked towards his room in shaky steps, everything Charlie said kept spinning in his mind.
Plopping his body on the bed, Ken breathed heavily while glancing at the table, then smiled bitterly.
"Tck, he's seen it" decak Ken realizes the photo of Ariel has moved, which was under his pillow, is now on the table.
Ken stared blankly at the ceiling of his room. Everything Ariel said to her seemed to be replayed in her mind.
[[Just because he doesn't love you doesn't mean you're not good for him, or you don't deserve him,]]
[[It may sound cruel, but we ourselves cannot force the heart to love the person we are pointing to, nor can we force the heart of others to love us,]]
[[If you change yourself for the sake of others, it cannot be justified completely, but it also does not mean that it is wrong. It's just, you should be able to sort out between excuses or obsessions,]]
[[It would be better if you changed yourself for yourself, not for others. If it is for the sake of others, make it your motivation, not your goal,]]
The thing Ariel told him about was back in her ear.
[[I need to eat to survive.]]
[[family... They left me__ rather they dumped me when I was five.]]
"Arrghhhh,,,,,!" ken was upset as he ruffled his hair.
"Why did I forget that and act stupid" Ken said.
Ken turned his back on the photo of Ariel at the table. Deep in his heart began to grow his guilt towards Charlie.
The one who straightened his back for her sake, and what he had done had greatly disappointed Charlie. Until without realizing it, Ken closed his eyes, sleeping in his sleep.
\=\=\=The next day.
Charlie prepared breakfast as usual. As Ken got down from his room, Charlie only glanced at him at a glance, then ignored him. He only prepared Ken's breakfast section and wrapped up breakfast for himself
Without saying a word, Charlie stepped away as Ken sat down, it was obvious that Charlie was avoiding Ken that morning.
Charlie no longer even had breakfast together. It makes Ken's appetite just disappear. Somehow he was used to eating with his brother, but this morning the chair was empty.
"Today is not training either, and Ariel's weekend is off. If I ask for training here, Ariel's sister hasn't even fully recovered yet" he murmured slowly.
Charlie was still acting the same when he came home. Even at dinner, Charlie just enjoys his dinner in silence. No more warm greetings Ken got like the night before.
The next day, Charlie's attitude still hasn't changed. He'll only speak up if it's necessary. And it continued for a few days afterwards.
Until one day, this morning Charlie had breakfast at home, he was not wearing his usual uniform either.
As the question continued to spin in Ken's mind, the sound of the doorbell rang out, changing Charlie's countenance instantly.
He rushed to the door and greeted the visiting people.
"Ahh,, how nice of you to really come this morning," welcome Charlie to the newly arrived guest.
At first Ken intended to go straight to the room, but the sound of guests coming made Ken stop his steps. A very familiar voice.
"I can't possibly ignore my friend's invitation" she smiled.
"You're the best" replied Chrlie smiling.
"Come in," he asked.
"Want breakfast together?" bargain Charlie.
"I'm honestly curious about what you're doing. A cop like you, who is always busy, can cook, Wow, that's amazing" he said sincerely.
"Ha ha ha, what does that mean? Aren't you the busier one? A musician like you can even make an amazing cocktail" Charlie said.
"Ah, I'm with my sister, I'll introduce you to her" Charlie said.
"Sister, Ariell, "" Ken sighed as he exited behind the parapet walls of the living room and dining room.
Ken's face paled, very surprised to see Ariel in front of him, and it was with Charlie.
'They know each other?' inner Ken
"Lho,, Ken?" reply Ariel.
"Hooo, do you know each other? How come?" charlie pretended to be surprised.
"I'm the one who should ask. Why didn't you tell me Ken was your brother?" ariel was surprised.
"Ehh,,,? Whatchu mean?" charlie was confused.
"You've met, and you've been quiet? It's so bad" said Ariel.
"Eehhh,,, ????"
