1. Kidnappers

Simon raised his left hand and pulled the sleeve of the white shirt he was wearing towards the top. He glanced at the numbers on the watch that showed eleven o'clock in the afternoon. He sighed heavily.

“Please me Bruno .. can you go faster? The king of the Icengard kingdom will rage and antagonize me. I'm already very late.”

The driver named Bruno who heard his master's words smiled faintly at his master's call for his 6-year-old little son.

“I've tried, Sir, but I have to put your safety first,” said Bruno.

“Turn me, Bruno. Leon won't talk to me again.”

“You can always persuade him, Mr.”

“Yes, but still he will punish me. Leon knows I don't like it if he goes to the Lucca Mansion. He will ask to be delivered there, just to piss me off.”

Bruno smiled again at his master's complaint. Mr. Simon and Mr. Lucca did have a slightly odd relationship according to Bruno. That may have been because Mr. Lucca's wife, Mrs Marylin, was Mr. Simon's former lover. Marylin was the mother of little Lord Leonard, the beloved son of Simon, who was 6 years old. Marylin then met Mr. Alrico Lucca and married, while Mr. Simon is still single to this day.

“We arrived, Mr.” Bruno turns the car into the parking lot of a kindergarten.

They headed straight for a large building at the back of the area. The show hall. As soon as the car stopped, Simon rushed out, but he stopped stepping when he saw a group of people coming out from the direction in the building.

The boisterous sound of children with balloons in one hand and other hands held by their father or mother sounded noisy.

“Death to me,” whispered Simon.

Bruno who had come down from the car to giggle amusedly heard the words of his master.

One by one the people who came out from inside the building walked towards the parking lot. A woman holding a girl in a flower costume approached the car parked next to Simon's car.

A man accompanying the two women pulled the key out of the bag. Simon asked the man.

“Sorry, Sir. Can I ask?”

“Oh, yes. Of course,” replied the man kindly.

“Is the show done?” ask Simon.

“The show was done since half an hour ago, but the kids went on with the play. So only now everything is out and home,”, explained the man.

“Oh ... thanks for the information.”

“Ya.”

Simon signs Bruno to wait. He's gonna find Leonard. At least he was able to pick up his son despite not being able to attend the show. Simon knew Leonard would sulk and perhaps be disappointed, because Simon had actually promised to attend and watch the show that Leonard said was a great show because he played a king of a kingdom called Icengard.

Simon tried to pass through the crowd of people who came out of the building with eyes looking for the whereabouts of his son. He looked around. The chairs were starting to empty, people were standing in line to get out of the show room. Simon didn't see Leonard anywhere.

Behind the curtain of the show, Leonard who had changed his costume from the clothes of a king to his own clothes saw the whereabouts of his father. Both of his cheeks were bulging with eyes gleaming furiously. He decided not to go home with his father.

“Leon ... Has your father not come yet?”

Leon turned around and found his teacher's mother looking on with a sad look.The boy's aggravation increased to the father for making his favorite teacher's mother pity him.

“Daddy was unable to attend, Mam Ann.”

“How so? Do you want me to drive you home?”

Anna Geraldi, the mother teacher who was called Mam Ann by her students, offered to drive Leonard home. He knew little Leon was very disappointed because his father did not come to the show which for Leonard was a big show because of his role as King.

“No need, Mam. Seth's uncle picked me up, Nanny Lea will pick me up. Leon go first, Mam. Pity if they wait too long.”

Anna nodded her head, then another teacher called out to her. He looked at Leonard one last time.

“Be careful, Leon. If Uncle Seth and Nanny Lea haven't come, Leon don't go anywhere. Mother who will take Leon home,” said Anna.

After seeing Leonard pass, Anna turned around and went towards her friend who had called. He had not long taught at the Kindergarten, but he had met almost all the parents of the students in his class, who came to take their children or pick them up at school. Of course he had met Uncle Seth or Nanny Lea mentioned by Leonard. But the two people he had never talked to were different from the mothers or fathers who would ask how their children's day during school, while at school, Seth and Lea seemed confused as he invited them to chat. An old man named Hamilton who is alleged to be Anna as the grandfather of Leonard also once picked up. But they did not have a long chat because Hamilton had to leave immediately on the grounds of taking Leonard to a family meeting.

Anna had seen Leonard's father and mother several times come to pick him up. A Limousine stopped in front of the school just then, Anna watched from a distance as a man descended followed by a very beautiful little girl. The two approached Leonard and immediately embraced, then a very beautiful woman like a model came down from Limo while holding a daughter who might be only about two years old.

Anna did not have time to invite Leon's parents to chat. Leonard's mother may be a little preoccupied with the two toddlers she has to take care of, let alone her father, who looks like a successful businessman. Of course, the time is much seized by work, so more often Nanny Lea and Seth who pick up the child.

“Come Leon .. until when do you want to scold Daddy? We go home and talk about this,” Simon said in a persuasive tone.

“Do not talk to Leon,” says Leonard with two bulging cheeks.

From a distance, Anna who had just exited the school gate frowned seeing the figure of Leonard walking alone on the sidewalk not far from the school gate. A few steps behind him, a man followed him very slowly, as if setting the distance between himself and Leonard, then by the side of the road, a black car followed them very slowly. It looked very suspicious in Anna's eyes.

If the man catches Leon and puts him in a black car quickly, then no one will know, Anna thought again.

“Who is that guy? “ whispered Anna.

The figure does not look like Seth used to pick up Leon. According to her instincts, Anna walked slowly following the man, setting a safe distance so as not to be too noticeable if he followed. He pretended to walk while playing a cell phone.

“You know, Leonard ... You will be arrested and forcibly lifted, then put in a car. Bruno will help ...” The man's words were clearly heard by Ann, she followed the two with a closer distance. Ann's heart was fast. That guy seems like he's really going to kidnap Leon.

Bad thoughts haunt Ann.

The son of a wealthy businessman .. naturally became the target of kidnappers, he thought in panic.

“Leon will scream if Leon is kidnapped!” shouting Leon.

Simon grinned, at least his son now stopped walking and turned to face him.

“Just shout, no one will hear, we're already pretty far from school. After all your school is empty,’’ Simon said.

Leonard instead grinned, he had seen the whereabouts of Mam Ann not far behind his father. Instantly the irritated little boy was eager to prank the father.

“Daddy just catch me now,” he said in a soft voice. Try not to let his words sound into the ears of his teacher's mother.

Simon grinned. “Alright, prepare to be caught!” kejapan.

As Simon moved quickly to catch his son, Anna also quickly ran over. He put his phone in his pocket, and his hands quickly swung his shoulder bag towards Simon's head.

“You what are you! Basic Kidnapper!” yell Ann with a ferocious.
