33. New life

Leon opened his eyes slowly. The light of the room lamp made both of his eyes narrow.

"You awake? Need Mommy to turn the lights off?"

Leon turned his head, finding his two mothers already sitting on one side of the bed.

"Mom Mary ... Mom Cat ..." sighed softly.

Catalina called Mom Cat took a glass of water, then sat at the head of the bed. Help Leon lean back and draw up a pillow behind the boy's head.

"Drink ... slowly" Catalina said. After Leon finished drinking, he sat back down next to Mary.

Leonard nodded his head.

"Mam Ann's leg was indeed injured and torn. It must hurt a lot when it's stitched up" Leon said, shuddering.

Catalina and Mary looked at each other. Deciding it was better to save first what really happened to Anna.

"Leon also needs to rest. To be able to quickly go home and meet everyone," said Mary.

"Everything here?"

"Simon, Mistress. Call me Simon. We'd better talk outside."

Mrs. Sanders nodded, after stroking Anna's hand once more, he got up and followed Simon out. They were sitting on the long chair that was in the hallway in front of Anna's treatment room.

Simon told the old woman everything until Anna was taken to the hospital.

"I think this is the reason why he wanted to stay alone in the cabin. If her husband comes, she doesn't want anyone to be a victim. Naas Leon was with him when Martin came" Mrs. Sanders.

"Not yet."

"Ah .. do you know Luna .. means Ann told you her story?"

Mrs. Sanders shook his head.

Simon clenched his molars and clenched his fists.

"Martin's plan, once Anna is pregnant, she will move into a new house. Then invite his family to celebrate the presence of his future descendants." Mrs. Sanders laughed bitterly.
