37. Special quests

Anna was very surprised. His mouth opened while looking in disbelief at the guest who came with Mrs. Sanders.

"Hello, Emillia ... how are you?"

"Mrs Luna?"

"Yes. It's me ...."

Anna laughed, stretching out her hands to greet Madam Luna. The old woman approached, then sat down next to the bed and hugged Anna.

Anna didn't know when her tears were dripping and she sobbed. Madam Luna patted her back slowly, rhythmically and repeatedly.

"I'm sorry I just got here now, Em ...." Madam Luna whispered, wiping away the clear details flowing down her cheeks.

"I'm so glad you're here" Anna replied in a hoarse voice.

Mrs. Sanders who came with Madam Luna wiped her cheeks with a handkerchief. After taking a deep breath, he put on a joyful smile and approached towards the bed.

"Come on. No cry. You guys made my powder fade." Mrs. Sanders held out a box of tissue to the two.

After separating and sharing laughter. Anna and Lady Luna took a tissue. Clean their wet faces.

"Everything has passed. May happiness be with you always after this, Ann," said Mrs. Sanders.

"Ann .. sounds right to you. I like Ann better than Emillia" said Mrs Luna happily.

"You two .. I'm very grateful. I don't know how my life would be without your help" whispered Anna wholeheartedly.

Madam Luna stroked Anna's hair, then wiped away the tears on Anna's cheeks that had returned to flow.

"We're both happy to help you, honey. I hope you only meet good people and love you after this."

Mrs. Sanders nodded his head. "Yes. People who can make happy stories with you and erase bad memories.We both will always pray for you, Ann."

Hearing the words of the two, Anna cried again.

The sound of the door opening made the three of them turn their heads. Leon's carefree voice sounded shrill.

"Mam Ann! We're coming!" he shouted with both hands held high up.

Simon who entered with him immediately covered his son's mouth with a palm, while hissing with the index finger on the lips.

"Gts ... Daddy said what about silence and no fuss? Children are forbidden to enter! Leon's gonna get kicked out by a nurse?"

Leon imitated his father. Put his index finger on his lips and nodded in understanding.

Mrs Luna and Mrs. Sanders laughed amusedly, Anna smiled as she wiped her face with a tissue.

"Ah, forgive us" said Simon, then he approached and reached out to Lady Luna.

"You have arrived, madam," said Simon.

"Yes. Mr. Bernard. Thanks to you .. I can finally come here." Lady Luna shook Simon's hand.

"Simon, Mistress. Just call Simon."

Madam Luna smiled as she nodded.

Anna frowned. Surprised by Mrs Luna's words.

"You're here because of Simon? Meanin?" ask Anna.

Lady Luna looked at Leon who was crawling up onto the bed next to her. He helped the boy to sit on the side of the bed.

"You must be Leonard" said Mrs Luna.

"Hu um," Leon replied, nodding and smiling widely. Then he just kept quiet while holding Anna's hand. Anna reflexes holding Leon's hand and smiling. Then he went back to Madam Luna, asking back the question that had not been answered.

"What does that mean because Simon you can come here, madam?" ask Ann.

"Ah .. that. You know my legs are always problematic, Ann. When you went to the hospital, from the first day Sanders called me. But my knee is swollen and painful. I can't go anywhere without anyone accompanying me. My son has to work, so he can't get me here."

Mrs. Sanders chimed in, "Simon asked me to call Luna since you went to the hospital and didn't realize, Ann. I explained to her the problem Luna was having. After that he asked for permission to talk directly to Luna."

"I have to thank you. That's a compliment to me" Simon said, winking at Mrs Luna.

"Explain what he's done, ma'am?" ask Anna.

"Mrs Luna stroked Leon's hair with a smile.

"Simon sent someone to come get me. Of course before, the man who came took me to the doctor. My son Edward was surprised ..he came home to work and found his mother already had a guard, nurse and personal driver," said Mrs Luna, chuckling.

"I hope Lucas doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, Madam."

"Oh, no, no, Simon. Quite the contrary. Lucas is highly trained. Edward loves her."

"Thank God then."

Anna glanced at Simon. He found the pair of black eyes staring back at him. Ann raised an eyebrow to find a radiance that felt different in the man's eyes.

"I came with Lucas, as soon as the swelling in my knee went away, Ann. Edward felt embarrassed that he hadn't taken me to the doctor yet, but Lucas did it when Ed went to work. I finally got to see you and meet Sanders. I'm so happy."

"Is Mom happy too?" ask Leon suddenly.

"Oh, sure, Leon. Mam is very happy. Mum's been missing Miss Luna a lot."

Leon clapped his hands and immediately got a reprimand from his father.

"Leon .. stttt ...."

Leon immediately stopped, then began to ask this to Anna in a soft voice. Make Anna serve and answer patiently.

Simon then took Mrs Luna and Mrs. Sanders sat on the long sofa in the room.

"What about that place, Mrs. Sanders?" ask Simon.

"Very good, Simon. That's the perfect place for Ann."

Simon was satisfied. "I hope you both help me persuade her."

"Sure," replied Mrs Luna and Mrs. Sanders together.

Their conversation flowed minute by minute. Simon, Mrs. Sanders and Mrs Luna conversed intimately to get to know each other, occasionally a small laugh was heard between their conversations.

On the bed, Anna had a conversation of her own with Leonard. His daily activities and stories about his sister and cousin became Leon's main topic. Until Anna felt the need to go back.

"A, Leon. Can you hold on a second? Mum's going to the toilet first, okay?" said Anna in a soft tone while smiling. He was just about to get rid of the blanket when Leon suddenly shouted.

"Dad!" leon called his father.

"Yes?" answer Simon.

Anna glared, suddenly able to guess the reason the boy called her father.

"No, Leon! Mam can penny-" Anna's speech is cut off by Leon's next scream.

"Mam Ann is going to the toilet! Mum's gotta help, Dad!" said the boy.

Three pairs of eyes simultaneously stared at Anna. At once the woman was embarrassed.

"Jeez, Leon ...," said Anna softly as she closed her eyes with a palm.
