Shui laughed out loud. In his room, the white-eyed youkai laughed so happily. In his hand, he grasped a piece of paper that contained only a sentence.
...Kisaki land west is pregnant....
At last. Finally, what he had been waiting for had arrived. Rin has been carrying flesh and blood from Sesshoumaru, the son of Inu No Taisho.
"I will not return to the land of the north, I will go with you. You don't have an heir, do you? Make me your heir—your son."
A young youkai with blue hair and white eyes, stood upright staring at an inuyoukai in front of him. His appearance that was like a fourteen-year-old human child looked very small compared to the adult youkai.
Steady tall bodies with long silver hair tied ponytails up. A handsome face with a pair of lines on both cheeks as well as brilliant shining golden eyes—inuyoukai in front of him was the strongest and perfect youkai that the white-eyed youkai had seen in over two hundred of his life.
"I am strong, and I will definitely be stronger than you someday, Toga-san." Continue the white-eyed youkai again with his calm voice. But, his white eyes shone with hope.
Inuyoukai who was in front of him then laughed loudly. Staring at the young youkai in front of him, a smile filled that handsome face. "No."
"Why?" ask the blue-eyed youkai that was full of anger.
"You are strong, and you may be stronger than me later, but—" said the inuyoukai slowly, and instantly his smile turned into a smile of trust. "My son will be stronger than you."
"You have absolutely no son, Toga-san." The white-eyed youkai doesn't like it.
The Inuyoukai laughed again, his wide smile growing wider. "You know, kid. Kimi promised to give birth to a son for me. The son with inuyoukai blood from the purest west—he will be the most powerful in the future and guard the west."
The blue-eyed youkai fell silent. But his white eyes were full of anger directed at the inuyoukai in front of him.
"Then" continued the inuyoukai again. "I can't possibly bequeath the west to you this crazy one. You're just gonna destroy the west."
"I can prove to you I'm not crazy" cut the blue-haired youkai slowly. A smile adorned his face, yet his eyes were still filled with anger. "I can prove to you that I can also be loved by youkai, even—humans."
"You are indeed crazy," the inuyoukai stared intently at the white-eyed youkai in front of him. "I guess instead of being my son, you're better suited to be my sister. Later, maybe there will be a story of a brother killing his crazy sister—sounds very promising, right?"
"I don't want to be your sister!! I want to be your son!!" yells a hard white-eyed youkai.
Raising his head upwards looking at the sky, the inuyoukai laughed out loud again. "Alright, crazy boy. I'll consider your request if I really don't have a son."
A joyful smile immediately filled the white-eyed youkai face. Hope came back to his heart.
However, a moment later, the inuyoukai lowered its head and stared at the youkai in front of it. A smile filled his face again. "But don't expect too much. Because I don't think you have any hope, I'm sure you'll have the most incredible son ever."
Anger again adorned the white-eyed youkai's face. "You won't have a son!!"
The inuyoukai laughed indifferently to the white-eyed youkai protest. He smiled continuing his unfinished words. "We inuyoukai clan from the west have one saying, 'The son will surpass the father.'. My son will be my father, and my sons will also call him—kami inuyoukai from the west will be stronger and stronger; my descendants will be immortal and victorious forever."
A piece of the past that has passed for hundreds of years. But, until now Shui still remembered it clearly. Inu No Taisho was a figure he respected, a figure he knew, could give him everything he wanted; name, glory, power and also the honor of the vast western lands.
But, everything changed when Sesshoumaru was born. Inuyoukai the long-awaited heir of the western lands Inu No Taisho; his proud son. Seeing the happiness of Inu No Taisho who hugged Sesshoumaru when his son was born, Shui knew, what he wanted would never be obtained.
His anger at that moment, Shui really wanted to kill Sesshoumaru. But, he remembered Inu No Taisho who said his son would be stronger than him later. Therefore he waited and waited for—waiting for an adult Sesshoumaru.
Shui wanted to prove to Inu No Taisho that his choice was wrong; sesshoumaru would not be stronger than him—west would be stronger and more jaya in his hands than in Sesshoumaru's hands.
Therefore, when Shui knew Sesshoumaru had officially become the ruler of the western land, he was overjoyed, because the day he was able to kill the inuyoukai had arrived. The time for him to prove to Inu No Taisho his words first—it's okay even though the inuyoukai he respects is gone.
However, Shui's intention disappeared the moment he arrived at the western land palace. Because that was when he met her. A little girl of so different human race—Rin charming.
His smile, laughter and warm nature baffled him. However, what stunned Shui the most was probably his brown eyes—mata that were identical to Inu No Taisho's eyes.
Those clear brown eyes while staring at Sesshoumaru were filled with pride, filled with the belief that Sesshoumaru was the most powerful in this world—it was how Inu No Taisho looked at Sesshoumaru.
Rin is not Inu No Taisho, the human girl will never be the one who respects her. However, that eye view—Shui thought, what if such a view was directed at him and revealed to Sesshoumaru?
Again, the past is repeated. That look of the eye was never directed at him, it would forever be directed at only one person; sesshoumaru.
Anger and hatred are piled up and piled up. In order to kill Sesshoumaru, Shui knew, he had to use the most vicious means available. He wanted to destroy the inuyoukai that had taken everything that belonged to him in its destruction.
Then, the look in Sesshoumaru's eyes staring at Rin made him aware. What Sesshoumaru was like, Shui actually knew him very well, because he had been observing him since the inuyoukai was born. Therefore, the golden eyesight directed at Rin—Sesshoumaru loved the human girl.
Funny enough, it was the first time Shui admitted that it turned out that Sesshoumaru was really the proud son of Inu No Taisho. Inuyoukai it is very similar to his father, from self-esteem, way of thinking to—love a human.
Inu No Taisho died for loving a human woman, and now, Sesshoumaru is following in that footsteps. The way to destroy Sesshoumaru, the time to kill that inuyoukai, Shui knew, he had to wait again.
Like Inu No Taisho who loves his children, Sesshoumaru will also love his children. How did that inuyoukai reaction when he saw the human girl he loved as well as their child die?—it would definitely be a very beautiful sight.
For Inu No Taisho who did not choose him, he would present him something precious to him in the world there; Sesshoumaru, his proud son as well as his precious descendant.
He will destroy the west, and once the west is destroyed, he will rearrange it. It was then, Inu No Taisho who was there in nature and everyone would know that he was the one who was truly the most deserving to lead the western lands.
And now, the time has come. Shui knew, he didn't have to wait anymore. Hundreds of years passed and his long-awaited time finally arrived; he was already able to move.

"What should I do??" cry Myoga loudly. He raised his tearful face staring at a magnolia tree in front of him—Bokuseno.
"Hmnn, long time no see," muttered Bokuseno quietly. He lowered his gaze on Myoga who was below. "You came to visit me just to cry, Myoga?"
"No!!" reply Myoga fast. He immediately wiped his tears and looked at the youkai tree that was over two thousand years old. "I came here because I have something to ask!!"
"Oh," muttered Bokuseno again slowly. "What do you want to ask?"
Myoga looked at Bokuseno expectantly. He had wandered for about two months in search of fushi no kusurai, however, there was not a single clue in getting him.
"Do you know fushi no kursi?" Myoga looked at Bokuseno expectantly. It is possible that this wise two thousand year old youkai tree has a clue for him.
"Fushi no kusuri.." muttered Bokuseno slowly. He closed his eyes as if he was remembering something. "Fushi no kusur..."
Myoga's eyes sparkled at Bokuseno's reaction. His four hands were tightly clenched with hope. Do youkai trees know anything?
"Hmnnn," muttered Bokuseno again and opened his eyes staring at Myoga. "Fushi no kusuri, the medicine of immortality, why are you looking for it, Myoga?"
Myoga sighed hearing Bokuseno's question. Sitting on the ground, he folded all four of his hands on his chest. "I wasn't looking for him, but Sesshoumaru."
"Oh??" Bokuseno was stunned to hear Myoga's reply. "Sesshoumaru, son of Inu No Taisho?"
"Yes, Sesshoumaru wants to find fushi no kusuri for his kisakinya." Myoga immediately nodded his head and closed his eyes. He could understand the reaction of Bokuseno, who would have ever thought that there was a day when Sesshoumaru wanted to find a cure for immortality for a human?
"Western soil kisaki? The man who turned on Sesshoumaru with the sword tensaiga a few years ago?" bokuseno asked again looking at Myoga.
Myoga nodded his head again. "Yes, that little girl—Rin."
"Hmmm," muttered Bokuseno again. "Sesshoumaru ultimately chose the same path as his father."
"I also never thought in the end he would choose a human as his kisakinya," said Myoga softly. "Didn't he always hate humans?"
"Kisaki the west land, what's he like?" ask Bokuseno. She did accept Sesshoumaru's wedding invitation, but she didn't attend it.
"Rin?" myoga was surprised. But a moment later he thought of the western land that so many loved. "She's so beautiful, sweet, kind and has a charming smileI can understand why Sesshoumaru chose her, but I don't understand why she chose Sesshoumaru."
"Wait a minute!!" Myoga suddenly opened his eyes and jumped to his feet. "This is not the time to talk about this!!" turning his gaze to Bokuseno he again asked. "You know where Toga-sama keeps the fushi no kusurus?"
Bokuseno paused for a moment to hear Myoga's question. He closed his eyes again as if he was thinking of something, and it made the youkai lice face below radiate with hope.
However, a moment later, the tree youkai opened his eyes and replied softly. "I don't know."
Myoga's hopeful facial expression soon disappeared replaced by despair and tears. "Nor do you know." he murmured softly and then turned into a cry full of sadness. "Where do you hide fushi no kusuran, Toga-sama!!??""
Bokuseno looked at the crying Myoga and shouted alone. But, he did not say anything, slowly, he raised his face there was a blue sky above.
"Fushi no kusuri for the kisaki you turn on with tensaiga" said Bokuseno slowly. "You really don't know anything, Sesshoumaru...

"Hmnn," the noble Mio read the letter addressed to her. This letter had just arrived this morning, delivered by the noble confidant Yumi. Lowering the letter, his eyes were then directed at the noble Hino and Sato who were in front of him. "What do you think of this news?"
"I think something's weird." Reply to the noble Hino while wagging the fan in his hand.
The letter that was on the table was a letter containing information of the existence of two ruined youkai villages. No one knows who destroyed the two villages. However, the flags of the noble families of Mio, Sato, Hino and Yumi were left behind in the ruined village.
"Who do you think did that?" ask the Sato nobleman later. There was a small wrinkle on his face.
Nobles Mio and nobles Hino silently remained silent at the question. They did decide to form an alliance to conquer the western land youkai. But, until now, they still had not moved their combined forces. So, who's disguised as them?
"I don't care who does it" said the Mio noble later. A smile then adorned his face. "Isn't this in our favor?"
The ruined youkai village and leaving behind the flags of their families, wouldn't it make people think they were the ones who destroyed the youkai village?—people's trust in them, as well as the warrior spirit would be even higher. They could definitely conquer the western land youkai.
The question of the noble Mio made the noble Sato and the noble Hino smile together, which then turned into a loud laugh.
"You're right," the noble Hino smiled and closed the fan in his hand. "We must take advantage of this situation and announce our troops are a stronger army than youkai."

"We can definitely conquer the western youkai, Kaeda-san," said Yukina, a young miko who was the leader of the miko while staring at the silent Kaeda. "Don't stop us again."
"We can't let youkai do as he pleases" added Hisei, an old monk as he twisted the prayer beads in his hand. Like Yukina, she is a monk who leads thousands of monks in Japan. "Our life is only momentary, to be able to die for the benefit of man is good."
"True," continued Hikamaru, the leader of the shinto priests in Japan who were also there while nodding his head. "Western land Youkai did indeed control a large area, But, is not the ruler now no longer the famous Inu No Taisho since then again? Sesshoumaru, his son, the ruler of the western lands now I don't think he's as strong as his father. I never even heard his name before he became the ruler."
Yukina nodded her head approving of Hikamaru's remark. "You're right, Hikamaru-san. I think he is a weak youkai who became a ruler because of the greatness of his father's name alone."
Miroku really did not know what to say to hear Yukina and Hikamaru's words. Raising his right hand, he patted his face even more desperately. She wants to cry now, Sesshoumaru is a weak youkai?—who said?
Sesshoumaru's name was not well known to humans, it was not because he was weak, but it was because he never wanted to deal with humans who he considered weak like ants. He is not the type of youkai who likes to slaughter humans and destroy villages to prove his strength like most youkai. Never did Miroku think there was a day where, he wished that the ever-quiet inuyoukai had ever done something so terrible that the humans would be afraid.
Sango and Kaeda let out a sigh of despair staring at the alias leaders of the monks, priests and miko in front of him. No matter how they explained the situation, those foolish leaders were still being resolute to join the alliance of the nobles to attack the western lands.
Attacking the west, did they think that the youkai clans under the leadership of Sesshoumaru would be silent? The blood oath that binds all western youkai clans to the ruler of the western lands and the kisaki of the western lands will make them gladly sacrifice their lives. Youkai troops who are not afraid to die—what a terrible thing it is.
The western land was the strongest and largest region that even other regions feared and were wary of. Humans will not dwell in front of them—just destruction and death will remain.
"We will not change our decision" Hisei said later. His eyes looked straight at Miroku, Sango and Kaeda in front. "You don't have to say anything anymore either."
Miroku, Sango and Kaeda did not reply to Hisei's remarks. But they knew their mission had failed. This alliance would still join the nobles to invade the west. They have to think about something before it's too late.
"I hope Kohaku can convince the taijiya alliance to undo their intentions." Miroku muttered and sighed.
Sango also sighed. Touching Miroku's shoulder, he wanted to say something. However, the powerful youkai aura he felt quickly made him undo his intentions. Full of vigilance, he immediately stood up, as did Miroku, Kaeda and the alliance leaders.
Nobody said anything. Their gazes were all directed at the closed shoji door. They knew that the youkai was behind the door, and the youkai was definitely not an ordinary youkai, as they were completely unaware of its presence that hid the aura until this close. They could be aware of his whereabouts now, none other than because the youkai was deliberately emitting its aura.
Slowly, the closed shoji door opened. Stepping slowly, a youkai walked in. Short-haired with a pair of golden eyes typical of an inuyoukai, his face was calm without emotion.
"Kira-san??" call Miroku and Sango together full of confusion with Kira who appears suddenly.
....xoxOx....
"You won't win!!" kohaku shouted loudly and slammed the door of the room where Arata, the head of the taijiya alliance was. He paid no heed to the slightest glance of all the taijiya who were staring at him sharply.
Stepping on his feet, Kohaku then walks out of a mansion in the woods that is the headquarters of taijiya throughout Japan.
Anger filled his heart. No matter what he said, the head of the taijiya alliance remained steadfast in wanting to fight the western youkai. The old chief seemed really willing to exterminate all the taijiya from this world!
It is very misleading, who really spread the rumor that Sesshoumaru, the ruler of the western land is a weak youkai? If the daiyoukai was weak, then there was nothing else in this world that could be said to be strong.
However, just stepping a few steps away from the taijiya headquarters, Kohaku's legs suddenly stopped. Both of his eyes widened as he sensed the aura of a powerful youkai heading towards the taijiya headquarters.
The taijiyas within the headquarters could also sense it clearly, as the youkai heading to where they were was was in no way hiding its powerful aura.
Running out, all the taijiya inside the headquarters stood in front of the house that became their most important place with weapons in hand. Standing behind Kohaku, they all unsheathed their weapons with high vigilance, not to miss also Arata, the head of the alliance.
Kohaku's eyes then widened in disbelief, as he looked at the figure of a youkai appearing in front of the taijiya headquarters.
The body is slender and tall, with short silver hair and a pair of golden eyes typical of an inuyoukai—Left from the west.
Walking closer, Kiri's beautiful face was calm expressionless, there was no fear in the slightest as she saw so many taijiya wielding weapons at her.
"K-left-san.." call Kohaku stammering. He did not understand why the inuyoukai who were subordinates of the Sesshoumaru trust as well as Rin's personal bodyguard were here.
Left did not return Kohaku's call. Walking quietly, he then stopped and stood not far from the taijiya.
"What do you want to come here, youkai?" ask Arata slowly. But he remains vigilant. The youkai who dared to come to the taijiya headquarters without fear, was definitely not an ordinary youkai.
Left silently silent hearing Arata's question, his face remained flat expressionless.
"What do you want youkai??" ask Arata again. His voice rose to see a Left that did not react to his question in the slightest.
"I, left from the west," said Kiri introducing himself suddenly. His voice was soft without emotion. "I have come to deliver a message from Sesshoumaru, the ruler of the western lands."
What Kiri said immediately shocked all existing taijiya including Kohaku.
A smile suddenly filled Left's face. However, that smile was unnatural, with both of his golden eyes shining brilliantly—ada the promised horror and madness. "Come, and the west will welcome you all."
Kohaku's entire body was sculpted, an overwhelming fear he felt. What to do now, Sesshoumaru knew, inuyoukai it already knew what the human plan was and until decided Kiri to deliver this message–he has been a wrath.
....xoxOx....
Inukimi grinned with satisfaction. Kiri and Kira must have delivered Sesshoumaru's message to the humans. How dare they think of invading the west, killing his son, his son-in-law and also his — grandchildren.
Come, the west will welcome them—dia, Inukimi will stand in front of the palace door welcoming them all. He will kill all of them, and it will be certain that the way they die is slow and painful and that they would rather die than live.
Stepping slowly, he headed towards the eastern pavilion of the western land palace. The sound of laughter like the clanking of bells was what his ears first caught.
Entering the pavilion garden, Inukimi's golden eyes then captured the figure of a laughing human woman while observing the huge sunflower that had bloomed perfectly at the end of summer.
The human woman was very beautiful, even though her face looked pale. With a simple white yukata wrapped around her body as well as her large belly, she stood with an inuyoukai at the side.
Inukimi could clearly see their linked hands, and she could also see how carefully the pair of inuyoukai golden eyes were observing each of the woman's movements.
"Sesshoumaru-sama," said the woman slowly as she stared at the inuyoukai. A beautiful smile filled her beautiful face. "Rin suddenly wanted to eat sunflower seeds."
Sesshoumaru, the inuyoukai nodded his head slowly.
Rin's smile widened, guiding the soft right hand of Sesshoumaru he was grasping, he placed it on his big belly. "But, Rin doesn't know, it's Rin who wants to eat or this kid who wants to eat."
Sesshoumaru still did not reply to Rin's words. Lowering his golden eyes was that huge belly, slowly he moved caressing it gently.
"Our son must be similar to your Sesshoumaru-sama, he is very calm," Rin laughed later. "Rin had heard the story from Mother. You're so calm in the womb that everyone thinks you're dead in the womb."
Sesshoumaru raised his gaze at Rin's words. A small smile filled his handsome face. Slowly, he opened his mouth to say something. However, before he did, a small movement felt his hand which was on Rin's stomach.
His golden eyes immediately widened, as did Rin's brown eyes staring at him.
"S-sesshounaru-sama, do you feel it?" ask Rin.
Simultaneously Sesshoumaru and Rin immediately lowered their eyes on Rin's stomach. Then, once again, they could feel a small movement—kick the baby.
Slowly, unwittingly, tears flowed down Rin's cheeks. It's a small gesture, but it means a lot to the woman who is the mother. Inexplicably, there is happiness and also a sense of their haru—anak moving for the first time.
Sesshoumaru did not know what to say. Standing in his place, he was still staring at Rin's stomach. Their son did not move anymore, but the small movement had been imprinted in him— will not be forgotten for the rest of his life. Although everyone can not feel the presence of his son, although his son can not be predicted—kannya really live and are in the womb of the woman he loves.
Raising his face to look at Rin again, Sesshoumaru moved his left hand that was free to wipe away the human woman's tears. A small smile filled his face again. "He'll look more like you, Rin."
Rin laughed at Sesshoumaru's words. Shaking her head she smiled widely. "No. Rin wishes he was similar to you, Sesshoumaru-sama."
However, once again, a small movement was felt by Rin and Sesshoumaru, as if the baby in the stomach was protesting against the mother's words.
Lowering his gaze on Rin's stomach again, Seaahoumaru chuckled. "He wants to look like you, Rin. He's protesting."
Rin could not help but laugh anymore once she heard Sesshoumaru's words. But, he didn't say anything more.
Re-moving her hand that was in Rin's stomach, Sesshoumaru again gently stroked it. "He'll love you more, too, Rin."
Rin's laughter grew louder. A feeling of happiness filled his entire heart niche. Little life that has felt so clear—erah, all the pain and suffering will be able to pass through it.
Inukimi stood silently staring at everything that was happening before her eyes. A smile filled her beautiful face. How beautiful and harmonious that little family was. Love a mother and also—a father.
"Mother?" noticing Inukimi's presence, Rin waved her hand. The smile on her pale face was beautiful and dazzling. "Mother, our son is moving."
Inukimi laughed at Rin's words. Stepping her feet, she immediately approached her son and daughter-in-law. "really?"
Rin nodded his head with a widening smile. She immediately pulled Inukimi's hand and placed it on her stomach, or rather next to Sesshoumaru's. "I think he'll move again."
But, this time, the baby in her stomach did not move anymore. A few seconds passed, Rin then muttered softly. "Why don't you move anymore, son?—ini your grandmother."
Inukimi's laughter broke upon hearing Rin's words. Grandma?—what a strange title, but, don't know why it feels so heartwarming. It turns out he's really old.
Rin paid no attention to Inukimi's laughter. He was still focused with a serious face waiting for the baby to move in his stomach.
Sesshoumaru also did not say anything, he could only smile a little at Rin's serious demeanor and face that was so adorable. Today it all feels very complete, happiness it turns out to be very simple— with those you love.
"S-sesshoumaru-sama.." Jaken's slow and stammering voice suddenly sounded.
Simultaneously, the eyes of Sesshoumaru, Rin and also Inukimi immediately turned to Jaken who stood in front of them with a face of fear. The frog Youkai could clearly see the harmonious and happy atmosphere just now, therefore, he felt very afraid to convey something that could ruin the atmosphere.
"A-akiko, the hime of the eastern lands is coming and wants to face you, Sesshoumaru-sama."
