Till The End Of Time [Inuyasha Fanfiction ]
Chapter 150's

Rin opened her eyes. As usual, the pain invaded his entire body. Accompanied by the endless pain, slowly his unfocused eyes began to focus. This pain, he was used to it.

"Ri."

A calm and flat voice called out to him, however, Rin could also catch the worries in it. A voice that he never forgot

—votes Sesshoumaru.

"Sesshoumaru-san..." Looking at his face to the side, Rin could see Sesshoumaru sitting looking at him worriedly with Shura sleeping inside the sling.

"Ri." Call Sesshoumaru again slowly. His right hand quickly moved to touch Rin's face slowly, trembling slightly as if afraid that the woman in front of him would disappear at any moment.

Rin smiled gently and tilted her head pressing on the hand that touched her. Feeling the warm palms on her cheeks, she closed her eyes. "Rin's okay."

Moving her body bent down, with Shura still in her cradle, Sesshoumaru closed her eyes and caught Rin's lips. His kiss was soft and gentle, yet he poured out all his feelings, thank goodness the clear brown eyes were still open; grateful that Rinnya was alive.

Rin lets Sesshoumaru kiss her, and though weak, she tries to return the kiss. The kiss has never changed, but has; changed.

Releasing their linked lips, Sesshoumaru then opened his eyes to look at Rin. His face remained expressionless, but his two golden eyes stared softly at the human woman who also opened her eyes and smiled.

Rinnya is beautiful.

Despite being sick and dying, in Sesshoumaru's eyes, the human woman was always the prettiest. Her clear, gentle eyes, then a perpetual spring smile on her face—her beloved cry.

"Sesshoumaru-sama," call Rin slowly. The smile on his face grew wider. "Rin wants to hug Shura."

Sesshoumaru immediately moved to hear Rin's request. Sitting down and leaning the tiny body against his chest, he placed the still-asleep Shura at the human woman's feet, then slowly, slowly, he moved the two tiny, motionless arms around holding their son.

Shura who was still asleep laughed happily, probably because she realized now she was in the arms of her parents—the most pleasant and safe place for her in the world.

Rin laughed at Shura's laughter. His cute and precious son—priceless treasure in the world. Bowing his head, he then kissed the small inuyoukai forehead slowly.

Turning her lips away, Rin can only continue to look at Shura affectionately. What will his son be like? How strong and powerful will he be? Will his attitude still remain as he was when he was a child? Will he be able to become an extraordinary ruler like his biological father?

Question after question filled Rin's mind just by looking at Shura. However, in every question that existed, he also immediately found the answer. Shura will grow up very handsome. He will be strong and great without a match, his nature will probably remain the same, but he will not be shunned because he also has a warm heart, he said, and most importantly—he will become a more extraordinary ruler than his biological father.

"Sheena..."

Calling Shura's name slowly, Rin could see both of Shura's eyes open slowly. A beautiful smile filled the handsome face of the little inuyoukai as he watched his biological mother also smiling at him.

Sesshoumaru's right hand that held Rin's hand then moved. Slowly and gently, she stroked her son's silver hair.

Shura immediately closed her eyes back and laughed. Her father's great hand gave her incredible warmth and happiness—the security as well as the eternal protection of the indestructible.

In each of Sesshoumaru's hands on Shura's head, Rin saw him smiling wider. He could see how important their son was to the ruler of the western land—Sesshoumaru would always be there for Shura.

"Shura, we love you..."

A slow voice that called out his name and whispered the word love, Shura laughed happily again. His two clear golden eyes exuded joy, filled with unspeakable love for his two parents.

Stopping the caress of his right hand on Shura's head. Slowly, the right hand moved back to support Rin—'s hand, holding the tiny body and their son firmly and gently. How much they both meant to him, Sesshoumaru knew.

Rin said nothing. Feeling Sesshoumaru's warm embrace, he knew-inuyoukai was also in love with their son. What was Sesshoumaru's love for Shura like?—she never doubted him.

Love's.

Yep. Shura was born to be loved. His son from the west, the little inuyoukai he conceived and gave birth to with great struggle. There would be many people next to him one day, he would never be alone. In every path and step he would take, there would always be people accompanying him. His son will grow up well even without his own.

Without himself.

A soul that should not exist but still exist. Life should be gone but still survive, and his consecutive victories against the dead—Rin is conscious now, because that's why mistakes continue to be made.

Drop by drop, tears fell down from Rin's eyes. Falling down unstoppably rained down Shura's happy laughing face. "I'm sorry... Forgive the useless Rin, Shura.."

Shura stopped laughing looking at Rin's tears. Staring at the face of her biological mother who she loved so much, she could see overwhelming sadness and regret on that beautiful, always smiling face.

"I'm sorry Rin, forgive Rin, forgive Rin..."

Continuing to cry, Rin continued to apologize. Sorry because she was useless, sorry because she couldn't always be next to him, sorry because she couldn't raise him.

Shura who saw the cry of despair Rin also cried. She did not know why her mother was crying, but fear approached her. In his eyes, he only wanted to see the smile and laughter on that gentle face, not tears and sadness.

Rin's cries and apologies made Sesshoumaru's embrace even tighter. He could feel Rin's despair, and fear filled his heart. Sorry that little lips said - would he rather die than live?

"Rin, relax" said Sesshoumaru. Continuing to hug Rin and Shura who were crying together, she tried to calm them both down. "Don't cry. This Sesshoumaru and Shura don't want you to cry."

Swallowing his saliva and closing his eyes, Rin shook his head. "S-everything is getting wrong, Sesshoumaru-sama. Rin will correct Rin's choice. Maybe all would be better if Rin disappeared-."

"Rin!" sesshoumaru's loud voice cut through Rin's speech.

However, Rin did not stop. Opening her eyes, with tears constantly flowing, she looked at Sesshoumaru with a face full of despair and sadness. "R-rin doesn't know anymore, Sesshoumaru-sama. Which is right and which is wrong? Life or death?—Rin don't know anymore..."

Alive.

Rin has always wanted to live together with Sesshoumaru and Shura. But, how could he still choose life when he knew for his sake, Sesshoumaru would lose everything he had now?—position him as the ruler, the great and victorious western land. Then for Shura, how could she let her son lose all his inheritance because of her? Rin loves Sesshoumaru and Shura with all her soul and body, she wants to give everything in the world to those two inuyoukai, not seize it.

Selfish.

Rin knew he was being selfish. Selfish for wanting to maintain her happiness, selfish for wanting to live, wanting to be the only woman in Sesshoumaru's life, even though she knew_it was impossible.

Then, he—takut.

What if in the future, as he lives and Sesshoumaru who has completely thrown everything away is aware that his decision to leave the western lands to choose him is wrong? What if the inuyoukai then hated it? What if his son when he grew up learned of his lost legacy because of his human mother?-what does it mean that he lives if they both hate him one day?

Sesshoumaru was stunned to see and hear Rin's words. Rin's physical and mental state, she knew, despite always looking strong and smiling, deep down, she was actually very fragile and kept crying. He just kept trying hard and smiling so that those around did not grieve the ever stupid—Rin.

Rin's reaction now, Sesshoumaru had expected it. When he decided to step down from his position as ruler and leave the western lands, he already knew the woman would never agree. Therefore, he thought of telling her when it was all over. But, Akiko messed things up. Sesshoumaru really wanted to kill the fox because it had created this state of tears and also despair on Rin's face.

Sesshoumaru then moved and laid Shura who was still crying on the futon beside them. Shaking her right hand, she caught Rin's tearful face. Directing until their eyes met, the ruler of the western land said slowly. "living."

Rin was stunned to hear Sesshoumaru's words. A second later, however, he shook his head again. Tears still flowed down his face. "T-no. No Sesshoumaru-sama. R-rin can't live."

Removing her right hand that was on Rin's cheek, Sesshoumaru then hugged the tiny body tightly. Buried the human woman's head in the chest. "Your life is the most precious thing for this Sesshoumaru, Rin."

Rin tries to free herself from Sesshoumaru's embrace. However, as the inuyoukai continued to hug her, her right hand moved back to caress her grisly black hair. "The position as ruler and power of the land west of—it's all not worth your happy smile for this Sesshoumaru."

Sesshoumaru's words made Rin stunned again. But, he still could not accept it. Who was she?—she was just an ordinary human woman. What are the advantages?—dia does not have any advantages. Therefore, do not sacrifice everything for her like that—do not regret and hate her in the future.

"Rin is not as good," Rin said weakly. Rin doesn't know what else to say to undo Sesshoumaru's intentions. "Rin doesn't deserve—Rin is nobody, Sesshoumaru-sama."

"You're fast, Rin," replied Sesshoumaru slowly. His hand kept moving caressing Rin's long black hair. "You are the mother of my son, my sister, my rightful wife."

Rin closed her eyes and shook her head. "Sesshoumaru-sama, listen—"

"Aaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!"

Rin's slow voice was suddenly cut off by the sound of someone shouting. Surprised, both Sesshoumaru and Rin immediately turned their heads to look at the owner of the voice who was none other than their son; shura.

Not knowing since when and how, Shura who was lying next to Sesshoumaru and Rin had now been on their feet. With a crawling position, his two small hands pulled the ends of his parents' kimono. His two golden eyes full of tears opened wide, while his face stared fixedly full of supplications to his parents.

"aaa...Aaaa.." Still weeping, Shura's hand was raised back towards Sesshoumaru and Rin, asking for a sling as usual.

Rin's heart was broken seeing the cry on his son's face. Shura crawling. Her still so small baby crawled for the first time, and it was something very happy. But that happiness is now shattered by tears—because of her; how useless she is as a mother.

Sesshoumaru immediately raised Shura's tiny body and placed it on Rin's chest. Naturally, the little inuyoukai opened his hands hugging his mother's neck as his father had taught him. Burning her little face into the neck of her mother, she sobbed.

Rin couldn't move, she didn't know what to do now. Looking at the crying Shura, looking at Sesshoumaru who though calm but unable to hide the worry in his golden eyes, a feeling of guilt slammed into his heart. Very torturous. Very sick and painful—life is not that easy. For them now and in the future, will there still be happiness? Is there any truth in this error?

"Rin," call Sesshoumaru slowly. Looking at Rin who did not move in the slightest with such a painful face, he felt again— useless. Moving both hands, he could only re-hug the human woman he loved. "Ri."

"Sister, Rin." Kagome's voice outside suddenly sounded. "Sango and I will go in."

Kagome's question made Sesshoumaru stare at the closed door. Then, without waiting for a reply, the door opened. With a calm face, the future miko and taijiya walked in closer to the western land ruling family in front.

Sesshoumaru did not say anything, he just looked straight at the two women who walked in and then sat in front of him.

"Sister, can you let the two of us talk to Rin-chan?" ask Kagome quietly. He smiled slightly looking at Sesshoumaru asking for understanding.

Sesshoumaru narrowed his eyes looking at Kagome and Sango. How could he leave Rin in this state?

"It's okay, Sesshoumaru-san," Sango smiled. He could see the inuyoukai's disapproval clearly of Kagome's request. "Let us talk to Rin-chan. It won't be long."

Sango's words still did not make Sesshoumaru agree. But, looking at the smiles of the two women, he undoes his intentions. Maybe Rin will be calmer and can think clearly if talking to the two women who are like sisters to him.

"This sesshoumaru will wait outside," Sesshoumaru replied later. Staring at Rin who was also looking at him with an unexplained blank look, he then kissed her forehead gently. "This shoumaru will soon be coming for you, Rin."

Rin did not reply to Sesshoumaru's words. Staring at the inuyoukai, he then closed his eyes with tears falling back.

Releasing Rin, Sesshoumaru attempts to separate Shura who hugs Rin tightly. However, back crying and shouting loudly, the little inuyoukai did not want to be separated from his mother.

"It's okay, brother," Kagome's hand immediately moved to stop Sesshoumaru. "Shura won't bother you. Just let her be with her mother."

Sesshoumaru looked back at Kagome's face for a moment. Seeing the smile that still remained on the face of the future miko, the ruler of the western lands then nodded his head slowly. "This Jesshoumaru leave Rin and Shura to you both."

"Yes, Brother."

"Yes, Sesshoumaru-san."

Reply Kagome and Sango together.

Staring at Rin for a moment, slowly, Sesshoumaru then walked out. Rin also did not say anything, but he opened his eyes and stared at the inuyoukai figure until it disappeared behind the closed shoji door.

"Rin-chan," call Kagome slowly. He immediately moved and laid Rin and Shura on the futon. A smile filled his face. "Don't charge yourself anymore."

"Kagome is right, Rin-chan," Sango continued, gently pulling a blanket over Rin. His black eyes looked gently at the woman who was already like a little sister to him. "You've overloaded yourself."

Rin did not say anything, he remained silent staring at Kagome and Sango. As for Shura, feeling herself as well as her mother had been laid on the futon, her embrace loosened slightly. The opportunity was immediately used by Kagome to move the small inuyoukai to Rin's side. Lying down with Shura hugging her neck would not be comfortable.

Shura immediately turned her head to look at Kagome grinning furiously. Shaking his head, the future miko who was already used to the nature of the western land heir could only sigh.

"Rin-chan, I borrowed your hand for your son." Not waiting for Rin to reply, Kagome raised the human woman's right hand and placed it beside Shura.

Seeing his mother's hand, the terrible grin on Shura's face disappeared. He quickly grabbed and hugged Rin's hand tightly. Closing his golden eyes, he then snorted softly in satisfaction. For him, just as long as he could touch his mother, that was enough.

"Really," muttered Sango Takjud looking at Shura's attitude and nature. "He's a long-sleeved baby with his mother I've seen."

Kagome did not say anything, Shura's nature like this, she already knew. Therefore, ignoring the small inuyoukai, he then looked at Rin. Now the most important thing is not Shura but; Rin.

Rin still didn't say anything, she was still silent. There was no more smile or laughter on his face, his expression was now flat with dimmed eyes. However, after a while, he finally opened his mouth, "Kagome-sama, Sango-sama, you two already know with the desire of Sesshoumaru-sama to leave the western lands, right?"

Kagome and Sango nodded their heads slowly. The talk of Sesshoumaru and Rin just now, they both heard it from outside—Ah, no. Actually not only the two of them, but also Inuyasha, Miroku. The four of them were outside the room from the beginning. However, they were there not to steal the hearing, but because they were worried about the woman.

Sesshoumaru and Rin's talk is quite personal, and Kagome and Sango know that they shouldn't interfere. But, hearing the increasingly wrong direction of the conversation and Sesshoumaru who was unable to calm Rin down anymore, how could they still remain silent?

Although Sesshoumaru and Rin are husband and wife, sometimes there is something better if Rin discusses it with the person she trusted, such as; now.

Then also for Rin who was in front of them now, how old was she?—she was only about sixteen years old. However, what had she experienced at such a young age?—something she did not dare to imagine, and she had endured for too long, hiding everything in a mask of smiles and laughter that he always wore in front of everyone. Rin's condition is not okay. Not only his physical now weakened, but his mental as well.

Rin is unstable, she will not be able to think clearly. He is right no longer knows what is right and what is wrong. But, who can still maintain her mental stability in such circumstances?—it is a miracle that human woman can still survive as if there is nothing.

"Kagome-sama, Sango-sama," call Rin again in panic. Tears flowed down from his eyes. "Help Rin stop Sesshoumaru-sama. Rin please, help Rin stop his intentions."

"Rin-chan," Sango interrupted quietly. He stared gently at Rin's panicked face. Moving his right hand, he wiped away the tears on the woman's face. "Are you thinking about Sesshoumaru-san's feelings?"

Sango's sudden question left Rin stunned.

"Right, Rin-chan," Kagome continued. "Have you ever thought about what Big Brother really thought when making that decision? What does he really want?"

Rin did not answer. He silently stared at Kagome and Sango. Sesshoumaru's feelings, what he thought and what his desires were - he did not know.

Upon hearing Sesshoumaru was about to throw western lands for him from Akiko, Rin only knew - it was wrong. He did not deserve to inuyoukai it must throw everything. Therefore, when he realized after facing death, he just thought he had to stop the mistake before it happened.

"Rin-chan," call Kagome again slowly. His right hand moved stroking Rin's head slowly. "If your condition is reversed. It is the brother who is in your position and you who is in the position of brother - what are you going to do? Are you also going to make the choice that big brother chooses now?"

Kagome's question again leaves Rin stunned. If he was in the position of Sesshoumaru, what would he do?- no. How could you think like that? His choice and Sesshoumaru's choice-begged him to think that way; wouldn't that mean asking him to compare himself to Sesshoumaru?

"T-no," Rin replied then stammered. His eyes looked at Kagome, panic filling his face again as if he had made a grave mistake. "It's different, Kagome-sama. Rin and Sesshoumaru-sama are different!"

"What's different about you, Rin-chan?" ask Kagome back calmly.

"R-rin exists because of Sesshoumaru-sama. Rin is the man who brought him to life. Rin is just one of the lucky people he chose to be a kisaki of the western lands and receive his mark," replied Rin again with a trembling voice. The panic on his face only grew stronger. "Rin like that should not think about what Rin would do if he was in his position - Rin is not comparable to him!!"

Kagome and Sango who saw Rin's reaction were stunned. Not comparable?—how could this human woman still think like this after all that happened?

"Rin-chan," call Sango slowly. He pulled back his hand that was on Rin's cheek and sat up with a bang. His eyes were directed straight full of calmness at the human woman in front. "What do you think you mean to Sesshoumaru-san?"

"R-rin is, R-rin is.." Tears flowed down again unstoppably from Rin's face. He couldn't find the answer.

Rin's.

Sesshoumaru's smiling little face called out his name, a pair of golden eyes that looked at him softly, his warm touch and embrace - who was he to that inuyoukai really? She is a kisaki of the western lands, the legal partner of Sesshoumaru, the mother of Shura, the heir to the western lands. But, besides that, who is he to these inuyoukai until he is willing to throw everything away?

"Rin-chan." Kagome looked at Rin grudgingly, seeing Rin who was so suffering, panicking, confusion—himself was right to feel sad. "Aren't you able to see it?—it's the real you for brother?"

Rin was plain too plain. She was always innocent like a child running free in the flower fields—Ah, no. Maybe not that, maybe more precisely because his love— is too big for Sesshoumaru.

Rin never asked Sesshoumaru in the least, why of all the women in the world, did the inuyoukai choose him as his legal partner? Choosing a human girl as his kisak and the mother of his son? When Sesshoumaru gave it all to her, she accepted it with happiness without thinking—because Rin loves Sesshoumaru.

Rin loves Sesshoumaru. He loved her so much that he could see nothing else but her love. To him, whatever this inuyoukai desire was, he would do it. He was happy to be by his side. Rin's over-exceptional love has covered her from what really exists, the Sesshoumaru's—-love for a human woman named; Rin.

"Rin, what a big brother looks like to you, that's what you mean to big brother—you're too precious to him."

Rin was stunned not moving hearing Kagome's words. Both of his eyes widened staring in disbelief at the future miko.

"—So I love you, Rin."

Love Sesshoumaru.

Love of Sesshoumaru, inudaiyoukai ruler of the western lands to his human kisaki—who doesn't know? Of all the women in the world, he chose only one. Giving the position of the most honorable woman in the world to him, as well as a son. For the sake of that woman, she fought against humans as well as against the world of youkai. For the sake of the woman, she turned the world upside down in search of the medicine of immortality, and now—she was also willing to throw away her kingdom for the woman.

Sesshoumaru never said it. But anyone who sees can know. From the moment his golden eyes stared at the human woman, from her every touch and attitude, from her every action and sacrifice. Anyone can see it clearly—the incredible love that indaiyoukai has that all living beings fear for Rin.

Ironically, Rin was the only one who didn't know. The innocent and innocent human woman with love who was also an extraordinary love inuyoukai was never aware of it at all. People say love is blind, maybe it also applies to Rin, he blinded his own love to the point of not realizing Sesshoumaru's love.

Rin did not move. What did Kagome say made her not know what to do?

Love's.

Does Sesshoumaru love him too? Love her as much as she loves those inuyoukai? A love so great unspoken - a love beyond life and existence itself.

"Rin-chan," Kagome smiled. He could see the disbelief in those wide-open brown eyes now. "As much as you are happy with Brother, so can big brother—he can only be happy with you."

Staring at Kagome, Rin said nothing. The human woman went back into silence in a thousand languages.

"What Brother decided was not a mistake. He chose it because from the beginning he already knew, the future happiness he wanted, that is; to be with you always with Shura."

Be with you always with Shura— forever together.

Tears flowed down again from Rin's face. Really?—that's what Sesshoumaru wants most? Along with her who was a weak and useless human being? Together always in their warm and happy little family?

"If you love someone, and that person loves you too, then don't give up." Kagome continued. Closing his eyes, he smiled. He remembers his farewell with Inuyasha after shinko no tama disappeared. He remembered the suffering of separation and the courage of his decision to live in the past. "The future nobody knows. Happiness or suffering in the future. No one can predict it accurately. You can be happy, you can suffer. But, as long as you live and fight, you still have the power and the opportunity to change the future the way you want."

"Right, Rin-chan," Sango added. He smiled at Rin. He remembered his biological brother laughing with them - a brother who should have been gone but still existed and lived happily. Kohaku became one of the greatest joys of his life and his family. "Happiness will never disappear completely from the world if we are still alive. Whatever the future may be, you can face it with those you love and love. There's still us, there's Shura and also—Sesshoumaru-san."

Life or death.

No matter how scary the future you imagine, no matter what is now—never choose to die. Death will kill everything; possibility, opportunity, hope and happiness. But lilah—you still have everything. The possibilities are endless, the opportunities are countless, the hopes that will not be extinguished and the happiness in the future. Life is not easy, but it is beautiful and precious.

Rin could say nothing more. He could only nod his head and close his eyes in his back-breaking cries. For all the choices, for the expected togetherness and love that exist, can he still choose to live with them? For happiness in the future.

"aaa...Aaa..." Shura's soft voice came back, and Rin could feel something small, soft, wet and warm on her cheeks.

Opening his eyes, Rin sees Shura who does not know when she has crawled beside him and licked the falling tears. Her golden eyes were small inuyoukai wide open, but full of worry for her mother.

"aa..Aa.." Shura's small hand raised touched her face, and Rin laughed. Warm and so precious his irreplaceable son.

"I'm sorry Rin worried you. Forgive your mother for thinking about leaving you alone..." Rin said slowly. Touching his forehead to Shura, he closed his eyes. "Your mother will never die, Shura..."

Rin will choose life again. For every possibility and opportunity, for hope and happiness. All will not be easy, but as long as there is Sesshoumaru and Shura—all will be as good as possible to maintain.

Opening his eyes, Rin then looked at Kagome and Sango. Smiling, he was grateful for the existence of the two women in front who were always there for him like a big brother. "Thank you, Kagome-sama, Sango-sama."

Kagome and Sango smiled widely looking and hearing Rin's thanks. A feeling of relief filled their hearts seeing the human woman had already returned to being him.

"Alright," stood up, Kagome laughed. "I'll call you in."

However, just finished Kagome finished her speech, the door of shoji's room that was closed was opened, and Sesshoumaru walked in towards Rin and Shura. Both of his golden eyes were staring straight at his kisak.

Kagome and Sango immediately stepped aside and let Sesshoumaru sit beside Rin. They did not say anything, and quietly mutely saw a couple in front.

"Sesshoumaru-sama." call Rin slowly returning Sesshoumaru's eyes.

Moving his right hand, Sesshoumaru touched Rin's cheek slowly and carefully. His face was flat with no expression, but his two golden eyes glowed gently conveying a million feelings. "For Sesshoumaru this—there is nothing more important than you, Rin."

Warm touch, honest speech without lies. Rin's heart feels tight. All feelings mixed; happy, happy, happy, moved, in disbelief and also—terharu.

Nodding his head, tears that stopped flowing again, but this time Rin laughed. "Yes. Rin understands now, Sesshoumaru-sama."

Rin's laughter makes all the burden disappear from Sesshoumaru's shoulders. Smiling slightly, he moved his hand to wipe away the tears. "Rin.."

However, Shura who was at the side suddenly moved. Opening his mouth, he bit Sesshoumaru's powerful hand. His two golden eyes stared furiously at the biological father who he knew again made his mother cry.

Both Sesshoumaru, Rin, Kagome and Sango were stunned by what Shura was doing.

Then, even though Sesshoumaru withdrew his hand, Shura still did not let go of his bite. His bite was getting stronger, his two fangs were small and stuck in the hands of his father.

"Hhh-Hahahahaha!" the loud laughter of Inuyasha suddenly sounded from behind. "Haha! Goody! Very good, little!! Perhaps you are the only one who can attack Sesshoumaru like that!!"

Walking in with Miroku, Inuyasha burst into laughter. He knew, he shouldn't have laughed, but—he couldn't stop his laughter when he saw the scene ahead. Who would have thought that the son that Sesshoumaru was so proud of turned out to be an ungodly child? and Sesshoumaru was unable to do anything to deal with it.

Lowering his head again looking at Shura who was returning her sharp gaze, Sesshoumaru smiled slightly. There was not the slightest anger in his heart seeing his son's attitude. His son just wants to protect his mother, because he sees his mother continue to cry when she has her proud son—.

Approaching Sesshoumaru, Rin and the others, Inuyasha then smiles at Rin. "You see, Rin," he said slowly. "Sesshoumaru won't be able to raise Shura alone—he needs you to always be on the side and guide her."

"Yes," added Miroku who was beside Inuysha with a smile. "The boy needs his mother always by the side. You know my— and Inuyasha can't face Mamoru and Shiro alone at all. Sesshoumaru-san must be the same—he won't be able to face Shura like this alone."

Inuyasha and Miroku's words make Rin look at Sesshoumaru. He didn't say anything, but his brown eyes were filled with questions; was that really true?

Sesshoumaru who noticed Rin's gaze also stared back. Slowly, he nodded his head. Inuyasha and Miroku's words are not wrong, he will not be able to raise Shura alone without Rin— because Rinlah axis their world both.

Rin could not say anything. He could only cry again for the umpteenth time. But, a sense of haru and also happy filled the entire recesses of his heart. Like this?— is as important as he is to Sesshoumaru and their son?

Shura who smelled Rin's tears immediately turned her face around. Looking at the flowing tears, he immediately released his bite and crawled closer to his mother. "aaa...Aaa..."

Sesshoumaru immediately raised Shura's small body, and once again as usual, the two small arms of the inuyoukai heiress of the western lands opened wide to hug her mother's neck.

"Rin,"call Sesshoumaru quietly. "What do you want most for Shura?"

Rin closed her eyes hearing Sesshoumaru's question. To Shura, what did he want? The shadow of his childhood. What he saw every day while facing the death—staging the life of a human named Rin.

Opening his eyes, Rin looked straight at Sesshoumaru. Tears that continued to fall, desperately he looked for his voice that seemed to disappear. "Rin doesn't want Shura to be big without a mother. Rin wants Shura to have a father, to have a mother. Never labeled as a child without a mother and having a perfect family. Rin doesn't want Shura to live like Rin used to."

Not having a mother, losing a mother, not having a family—how his life as a child was so sad. Rin knows more than anyone, what mother means, what family means to a child. Therefore; how would he be willing if his son who was so loved to be what he used to be?

Sesshoumaru smiled at Rin's reply. Bending down, she lifted up and hugged the tiny body as well as Shura who hugged her mother's neck carefully. "Live for Shura, for this Sesshoumaru - for us."

Alive.

Rin knows— is never easy. Moreover, his life had reached an end but not an end. Everyone gets run away. Right and wrong, dead or alive. The decisions he makes and chooses can change at any time. Sometimes he would fight desperately to live, because he wanted to be with those he loved. But sometimes, in a matter of seconds, he would think of dying, because he could see the suffering of those he loved because of him.

Alive.

Rin wants everyone to be happy, herself, Sesshoumaru, Shura, Inuyasha, Kagome and everyone she knows - all together forever. Without death, without separation— knits a thread themed happiness and togetherness that he never wanted to stop and disconnect.

"Yes," Rin replied and nodded his head. "Rin will live—for us."

For us.

Rin will not fight for those she loves anymore. This time he will fight again, for their togetherness—for Sesshoumaru, for Shura, for all who love him and also for himself; for us.
