Chapter 33

Humans and Youkai.

They are living creatures with very different species. Rin knew that well. He was a little boy, but he was not a fool and did not know himself. Humans are softer and softer. But that doesn't mean all humans are good. He had seen with his own eyes his family was slaughtered by a human like him. Then there's the youkai. They are strong and cruel. They do not want to kill people or their own people. However, just like for humans, not all youkai are cruel, the proof is, he knows some very good youkai in his life.

What would he do if Rin chose a human who was his own species? Let it? Permissed it? Left him?

Nah! Slipping away the raging feelings in his heart, Sesshoumaru closed his eyes and tried to control his feelings. "No! Wasn't it! It's not like that!" rin shouted loudly replying to Inuyasha's question while shaking his head. Close your eyes, the tears flow. "The world Rin chose is not the world of youkai. Sesshoumaru-sama is indeed a youkai. But, for Rin, since a long time ago, Sesshoumaru-sama was Sesshoumaru-sama. No more and no less. Human or youkai, Rin does not care about it all, because what Rin wants is Sesshoumaru-sama. The world Rin wanted was the one where Sesshoumaru-sama existed. Rin wants to always be with Sesshoumaru-sama."

No one can speak when they hear Rin's confession. They were silent a thousand languages, because the answer of the little girl was again beyond expectations—or not?

Sesshoumaru also remained silent like the others, but his two golden eyes this time had completely been wide-eyed at Rin as the answer of his chosen world slid out. Himself? Is this the world that the little girl chose? Not the human world or youkai, the world Rin chose was herself; sesshoumaru.
