I'm Not Daria

I'm Not Daria
Triplets?

I borrowed Anna's car. Today is very important. This was something I had promised myself to check out after leaving the mansion,

It took almost three hours to arrive. It was a sunny Sunday afternoon with birds chirping in the afternoon sun and a pleasant atmosphere. The breezy breeze and the salty smell of the sea in the air bring back the pleasant childhood memories spent with parents and uncles and aunts.

Today is a Sunday that reminds me that Devan is supposed to move on today. He didn't track me or come to talk like he said on the phone. Is he just giving me time and space or does he really not want to be in touch with me anymore. I try to stay optimistic, there's no way he won't come. Besides, she knew about me from the start and was still in love with me, so there was no reason why she would not find me.

....

We called Luna the next day after returning because we were curious about what was going on there. She told us that she told Daria to be quiet about it but she still felt awkward to replace me She said 'Daria found it hard to act like me. I was shocked and confused because I pretended to be Daria for that long.

Then I didn't really do well and mostly just became myself. The bad news is that her parents started to get suspicious and even asked if she was using drugs and honestly she was using them.

He told me, Devan wants to move out of the mansion immediately because he is fed up with Daria.

......

I stopped in front of the old house. The house looked the same except for my aunt who had planted some plants in her small garden that reminded me of my own garden with Devan.

My aunt was Elisha Demian and my uncle was Kenan Demian. I lived with them in the city after my parents died and after moving out of the house, they returned to their home in the countryside.

I went out and took out the chocolate that my aunt loved so much and my uncle's favorite wine.

I called so in but no one answered, so they might be behind our farm. As expected, my aunt had just finished picking up the eggs from the paddock and my uncle was just sitting in front of the plant, eating beans.

When aunt noticed my presence, her face twinkled and she rushed up to me.

"Darla!" He hugged me and it caught my uncle's attention. He smiled widely and got up to walk towards me

"It's been months since the last time we haven't seen or heard from you!" My aunt was still enthusiastic about my visit She cheerfully hit my arm. "Why didn't you call?"

I smiled and handed him some chocolate and wine.

"Auntie doesn't need this! Why did you buy it?"

"Oh come on, I know auntie loves this chocolate"

"That's true, but you still don't have to buy anything for us. You need money, so don't waste money on us." There was an unusual seriousness to his words, but I ignored him

He took us in and sat in the living room where he offered me freshly baked pastries that he made for sale in the market but set aside for themselves.

"It's really delicious!" I said, praising the taste of her pastries. He was a very good cake maker

My eyes swept through the small living room, staring at the picture frames on the table that featured me and my parents. We don't have many photos, so the photos we have are very valuable.

"So what is the real purpose of this visit?" My uncle asked without wasting any time, straight to the point. He was really good at catching things and my unease must have hinted that there was an ulterior motive behind my coming here.

I don't see any use for pleasantries either because I just want to get it done. "I have some questions about my parents."

"What about them?" My aunt asked in a daze while watching me with snacks and drinks.

"This may sound absurd, but are they my parents?-" I stopped suddenly, analyzing internally is this worth asking "my real parents?." I finished it, because I knew if anyone could dispel my doubts, it was them.

I watched them closely to catch the blame, but nothing would happen if I ignored my aunt's hand that froze in the air for nearly a millisecond before she continued to pour tea into the cup.

He let out a loud nervous laugh. "Oh huh? Haha"

I was lucky to catch their brief exchange where my aunt looked at my uncle for help and she stared at him sharply.

He sighed. "Why are you asking this?"

"I think I've been doubting ever since I learned about DNA. I know they associate it with the traits of their mother or father, but I'm never satisfied with their explanation. You know something, don't you?". I don't want to tell them everything that's happened to me.

"I've always doubted since I first learned about DNA. They attributed it to the traits of my mother or father, but I was never satisfied with their explanation. Uncle knows something, right?"

I don't want to tell them about everything that's been happening to me for months

"You're right. They're not your real parents." My uncle said with a blank look.

"Your choice!!! Don't drop a bomb like that! We have to explain first what happened." My aunt didn't look impressed by my uncle's candor.

I'm not surprised. I expected it. I have never felt such a deep connection between parent and child with my parents, or with my former parents,

My aunt who wasn't even my aunt at this moment was now looking at me with wide eyes

"I'm fine." I convinced them. "Tell me what happened".

"Your biological parents. they-"

My heart is beating fast. I could hear it in my ear and it actually sounded louder than my aunt's voice was speaking.

"They are the Daralyn family. I'm not sure if you know them"

"I know." Disconnected while gripping the sofa armrest. "I know them very well. How did this happen? How did I end up here?"

If they are surprised by my lack of dramatic reaction, they don't show it.

Aunt started, looking away as she recalled a time I didn't realize.

"You were born in the hospital where my sister's first husband worked as a nurse. He was a bastard who thirsted for money. Daralyn gave birth to triplets at the hospital where she worked and she planned to kidnap the girls and hold them for ransom. He did not succeed in kidnapping the three, but managed to bring two people away. One of them is you." He looked me in the eye

There's one more besides Daria and me
