I'm Not Daria

I'm Not Daria
My holy eyes are stained

Ten minutes and it bored me. I think back to yesterday morning when Devan woke us up with some horrendous music and it was a way to get back at me.

This is the perfect opportunity for revenge. I'm sure Devan is still in the bathroom and hoping he'll be there for a while.

"I'm just going to go to the bathroom." I muttered, but since no one noticed me and we were still busy playing in the pool, I got out of there quickly.

I ran upstairs to Devan's room, which unfortunately was opposite my room.

When I got there, I put my ear to the door so I could hear a voice indicating that she had finished her bath. There was no sound, so I knew that she was still in the bathroom.

I grabbed the doorknob and slowly turned it around to unlock it, in my heart grateful that the door was unlocked or else, I had to go to the kitchen and look for Devan's room key on the lock shelf and by then he would have finished his bath.

I carefully entered the room, slowly stepping, being careful not to make a sound that would resuscitate my presence. It seemed like the universe was supporting me when I saw a new set of business clothes lying on his bed. The closet door was open and I was so lucky, the lock on the door was in the keyhole

I walked over to him and closed the closet door. With the key in my hand, I searched for a place to keep it.

Having found nowhere else, I kept it in the top drawer, above the nightstand. There's a lot of money there. On top of the nightstand was a cell phone and three keys. There is a picture frame of Devan with a woman and a man by his side who looks quite old. Most likely they were his parents.

I took the clothes he was going to wear. I have to hide it somewhere.

I patted my hand on my head. Stupid, I should have put it in the closet and locked it so there was no need to worry now.

There's nothing to do now. He'll be out of the bathroom soon. I Tucked the clothes under my arm and left the room and went downstairs. I don't want to hide it near me even though she knows.

"Whoa?" Someone said behind me and gasped, not realizing that there was someone there.

It was just Anna. "Hey,"

"What are you carrying?" He looked at the clothes.

"Um.hide this!" I threw the suit at him. He barely caught it and when he checked it, he instantly knew who it belonged to.

"It belongs to Devan, right?" He asked before throwing it back at me. "Why are you throwing this at me?"

"I don't know. Just hide it," I said as I threw it back at him.

"No!

I don't want to get involved in anything you two do." He threw it back in my face.

"You're gonna hide it! If you love me," I threw it back at him and he did the same.

"I love you, but I love myself more. So no, I'm not gonna do it"

"Yes, you'll do it." The clothes flew again towards him.

"No" Back to my hands

"Yes!" Back to anna

"No!" Back to my hands

"Yes" Back to Anna

"No! I said no!" Back to my hand

"Yes!" I threw it back at him

"You have a plan." Anna said, smiling sweetly as she lowered her head and in a flash the suit flew past me and out of the open window behind her.

"Jeez, Anna!!" My exclamation. "What have you done?"

"Hey! I'm not even involved in this".

We stuck our heads out the window. There was a gardener who was watering beautiful plants down there and we saw him just as the gardener pulled the suit that was on his head. He looked up but we immediately closed the window before he could see us.

"I'll go, remember I'm not involved," Anna raised her hand in the air and left before she could say anything to him.

I shrugged and went to my room because it seemed like it was safe territory.

"Listen, I'm not playing around with you right now, so you better get my clothes back. It would be better for both of us," Devan growled while standing stiffly in the doorway

"What are you talking about? I don't know anything" I said, staring at her innocently but the little smile that escaped my lips betrayed my words.

"Yes. You are absolutely right. You really don't know anything. You're the dumbest woman I've ever met."

I raised an eyebrow at him, challenging him to continue. "the woman I've met" I said

"Get out."

"Not until you return my clothes."

"I said I wasn't hiding it."

"Stop lying. We both know you're hiding it. So restore. And lock the closet, too. I can't believe you locked my closet.

"What if it doesn't?"

"You won't like it" he said, stepping closer

"Stay away." I warned. "Look, I didn't do anything to you, okay? So leave me alone."

"Give it back to me." Devan whispered softly as he moved closer to me

"No, I don't want to!" I said, running towards him and ducking under his arm as he tried to catch me.

I ran out of the room and didn't think my brother would follow me. But it turned out that he was following me and as soon as he saw it, I ran down quickly.

He chased after me and pushed myself to run faster, I turned towards the middle and entered a room whose door was fortunately not closed.

I slipped and stopped when I saw that the room was full of young and old people wearing professional business attire

Those people stopped talking when they saw me enter in a hurry and looked back. I feel my cheeks hot from embarrassment. The room became quiet.

"I'm sorry" I muttered as I started to walk out of the room.

Suddenly, someone hit me hard from behind and I was thrown forward.tripped and fell because of the impact and a heavy object hit my body.

I heard Devan groaning over me as he shifted and felt his warm breath hitting the back of my ear

"Get aside," I exclaimed, barely able to breathe as he was still above me, overlapping me with his weight.

I felt the weight disappear and I started to feel a normal breath.

"Geez!" I heard Devan exclaim and I turned to look at him.

My eyes widened and my mouth opened,

I screamed as Devan stood there right in front of me with his innocent body without a towel, with that thing right in front of my eyes.

Aaaaa my eyes are tainted.

He was silent in shock and did not move to protect himself, but I quickly reacted. With a quick movement, I took the towel and wrapped my hand around her waist to protect her private part with the towel.

He still didn't move so I pushed him back and we got out of the room.

....

He was now well covered, but the incident had damaged my eyes. I need a lot of holy water so I can get that shadow out of my head.

I heard whispers and throats from the room and felt sorry for Devan. It was unexpected that my little prank had gone too far and Devan would be traumatized for a long time.

Although I'm not the one who's going through it, but I think I'm going to die of shame.

...

haha Devan 😂
